I’ve not received my goods or had any evidence of delivery

Tried to contact Fitness360 regarding a return. Tried online, tried calling, emailingl... nothing. Bought a pair of £99 trainers that are too big. Won't risk sending it back as no info on the website where to send a return. Anf online reviews say people never get a refund. Should have done some research before buying.Tracking when waiting for my delivery wasn't working at all. Trainers are genuine and nothing wrong with them, except they don't fit me.

There was a stock problem which meant they couldn’t supply my item, but I was given a refund quickly.

Purchased a pair of yoga socks. Good quality, reasonably priced, delivered in a timely fashion.

Reading the reviews after I placed my order made me anxious.
I might be the lucky one because the item I ordered arrived promptly and with no issues.
Tracking number they sent worked and parcel arrived on the day it was promised.

I got my product delivered in time. Just one suggestion the tracking link provided was not working for me, so I had to contact customer care and got a prompt reply, Happy with the purchase. The product is very good and warm for morning runs.

I waited 2 weeks for Glutamine to be delivered to me which I never received.
Absolutely unprofessional.
I will never order anything from Fitness 360 again.

Ordered flippers and size too small. I tried to contact them by phone ( left message but no answer) and by email to exchange but no reply. I asked for return and I have returned the goods in full however still no reply and no refund. I still need a full refund. Please send refund ASAP.

I am still awaiting delivery of my item after over a week of ordering. delivery was meant to be between 13th and 15th January. tracking still shows that royal mail are still awaiting the item which has stayed the same for a week. I emailed the company asking for an update and they advised that they had issues with snow last week (although I thought the snow was the week before?) and would chase it up with the courier and get back to me...I am still waiting.

Ordered a dart board set for my son which he wanted with his Christmas money. Was sent a tracking ID for Royal
Mail. This ID is fake, doesn’t exist. They should have sent the board over 10 days ago.

This company is a scam company. Check companies house, it’s been dissolved.

Taking too long to receive my small order.

Sadly our item, a very expensive racing suit for our son, was delivered 3 days late and therefore could not be put under the tree but even more importantly when we opened it, it was the wrong size. Despite contacting customer services and returning the item ten days ago, I have neither received the suit in the correct size nor a refund, in fact I have not had a reply to emails nor a voice mail which was left for customer service which was conveniently unavailable. This is really worrying. I am very disappointed with the company who prides themselves in customer service and my son as you can imagine is seriously upset. We are now twelve days into the new year and this has not been resolved.

The delivery was so delayed that I had to purchase same item at almost double the price from elsewhere. Slow response from customer service & incorrect tracking number making this a poor experience

I didn’t recieve my order

Unfortunately fitness 360 sent me a wrong colour of item l ordered .tried to find contact number of them to talk to them to solve the problem no luck ,emailed them no response and now don’t know what to do .
Very disappointed

I ordered 2 indoor footballs almost 3 weeks ago. They sent out a complete wrong order. The items were sent back to the company. I do not know if a refund or a replacement is being sent out. I have just emailed to follow up. No response. The communication is extremely poor.

Wrong shoes, wrong size. Nobody answering communications!

Wrong size and product delivered. Items returned but no refund received to date.
