A good experience with this company, excellent customer service - they called and spoke to my partner to discuss the measurements of our made to measure fire surround. Really lovely fire surround when it arrived, we are very happy with the service and the product.

Great choice, great quality and fantastic service. Communication was excellent throughout the process. Thank you Tilly

Easy to order, came when I was told it would. Good quality product.

I was worried about ordering a fireplace on line without actually having seen it. I had great email chat with a young lady and she even asked me to send photos of the furniture I was trying to match. I was also worried about measuring for the right size but again I had great help with this. The fireplace arrived and I was totally delighted with it. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Fits perfectly, greatly appreciated

The company was very help full from first enquiry to a delivery date of our choice. The marble fireplace that we chose looks fantastic and the inset electric fire has a great flame effect. A very good company to do business with would recommend.

Oak electric fireplace suite with matching mirror and shelves. Arrived very quickly and is absolutely beautiful.
Gave good honest advice and are great people to do business with! Highly recommended

Easy to use website, I found just what I was looking for at a competitive price. Communication was good. Mantle arrived on time and was packed well. It exceeded my expectations and was easy to fit, though we didn't use the fixing kit that was supplied at extra cost. Overall I'm very pleased with my purchase and would definitely recommend this company.

Good advice from the company before purchase and good product prompt delivery

Beautiful oak mantle and matching mirror. Really pleased with both. Personally delivered, well packaged and clear instructions.

Fabulous fire surround of a very high quality. Fantastic customer service and after care...thank you

Nice piece of wood very promt delivery nov

Excellent service and advice from Tilly, and it was ready to be delivered within just a week. Very pleased with the whole thing and I consider good value considering the solid oak quality of the fireplace itself.
Only problem were the magnets (needed to fix the outer frame to the fire) were missing from the box but they forwarded on a spare set straight away.
Recommended.

Excellent product, well made and delivered within 2 weeks. Received a phone call confirming all the sizes. Cannot fault. 1st class.

Beautiful fire and surround .
Good after sales support too

Beautifully made mantle piece, solid and sturdy, looks great on the wall, quick delivery and great service with the ability to have samples before you order, couldn't fault them

I ordered a bespoke fireplace and I was extremely impressed with the service, providing me with detailed drawings. When I provided Tilly the incorrect measurement at one point she contacted me in relation to this and was extremely professional.
I would definitely recommend this company and I would use them again without hesitation.

Truly beautiful solid oak fire surround. Great workmanship and fits perfectly.

Customer service and communication was excellent, I really can’t recommend enough.

Thanks all for just having an un-complicated system that makes life for your customers far easier. And the surround looks great aswell! Keep up the good work

Very easy purchase leadtimes much shorter than advertised (ordered Thursday delivered Monday, mainly I think as they were delivering in our area already) fireplace as described very happy with it. I wasn’t sure on the advised fixing method but I was proved wrong and they work great.
