we have just had our fire installed and the standard of workmanship was first class and the installers were very clean lots of sheets everywhere kept the dust right down also they did a great job on my chimney as it was looking worst for wear an the instructions gave to us on operating the fire was very clear and precise overall a great job and i will be getting a new fire for the extension

The quoting was easy and was very helpful, they explained what and wasn't possible after seeing the existing fireplace and got us our quote back in good time

The fitting went very smoothly and the final product is great and works perfectly. The installers went through all of the things that you need to know about operation and maintenance.

We had our stove installed by an amazing team of workers from the Corby branch. They took pride in their workmanship and kept us updated on the progress ensuring that we were very happy with the finished product. When installed Simon explained how to maintain and look after our new stove. Will recommend the company to family and friends.

From the first time we visited the shop to the installation of our wood burning stove we felt reassured that we had chosen the right company. They are very knowledgeable and helpful, advising us on different products even suggesting a cheaper stove as it would suit our needs better.
Matt and Charlie were fantastic when they came to install it a few weeks later. They were very efficient and friendly and a little bit cheeky, which was great as it put me at ease for asking any questions I had.
All in all, a very smooth process and we are very pleased to show off our new stove.

We recently had a new duel fuel fire place and hearth installed by Corby Fire Designs. We couldn't be happier with the service we received from start to finish. We visited the showroom on a couple of occasions to help us decide what type of fire place we wanted. On both occasions the staff in the store were very helpful and informative. We booked a home visit to get a quote and Simon came to measure up the fire place. Simon was excellent, he answered all our questions and we found him extremely helpful. Installation was carried out by Simon and his team and we could not be happier with the end product. I would highly recommend Corby FireDesigns to anyone looking for a new fireplace

We recently purchased a new log burner, stone hearth and oak mantel. Very helpful and quick hassle free sales process. Install date booked there and then. Installer Simon turned up on time, was very tidy (well as tidy as you can be when your smashing out an old chimney breast). Fitted new hearth, burner and mantel. Made good all plasterwork in surrounding area and left it more or less ready to decorate. Very thorough demonstration of new burner and future maintenance.
I would highly recommend Corby Fire Design and their installer Simon (Shire Contracts Ltd) they did a wonderful job.

We are really happy with our new log burner and fireplace. The fitters were very polite and friendly and explained what they were doing. They kept everything clean and tidy in the house despite having to cope with being in and out of the house during heavy rain showers. It was all finished on time as expected. We are just waiting for the cold weather to make full use of our burner!
