We were giving all advise when we went into the store for what we were looking for and not pushed to buy. when picked they were on time,very tidy and the finished product is great. Thanks for all your help with this.

Just had new fire fitted by Corby Fire Designs, the whole process went very smoothly, from selecting the right multi fuel burner and the installation from Simon, and his team. There was minimal disruption and they cleaned up very well.

What an absolute pleasure it has been dealing with this Company. Helpful people and exemplary standards of workmanship.

Most of all they communicate with you from start to finish.

If you are looking for the place to go for a new Stove and fireplace this is the people to go to.

From first enquiry to completion the team have been excellent!
The office team were most helpful and explained everything.
The fitters were polite and kept us involved, double checking what we'd like done even giving us a quick lesson on all the knobs and whistles on our stove including future maintenance. They were efficient and clean with dust sheets everywhere even though our lounge was a state due to replastering.

From the point we enquired and had no clue what to do with our old fireplace to the finish of the job the team have been a pleasure to deal with.

I wanted the job done right the 1st time and the ladys in the shop are very helpful and could not do enough to help and go through all the options we could have.

Simon and team are very thorough on the ground work and leave the house almost as tidy as it is before they arrived .

Corby showroom staff knowledgeable and helpful. Surveyor and installation appointments as scheduled. Installers polite, clean and tidy workers, I was given a thorough demonstration and instruction on using our new stove before the team left. Very satisfied with our new look, and stove. The chamber lights are awesome, really compliment the overall new look. Competitive pricing Compared to the other quotes we obtained. Overall, really satisfied, and would recommend.

After going to a couple of places we found the Corby showroom where the staff were really helpful and knowledgeable and helped us decide what wood burner we wanted. The fitters worked really hard all day, they were extremely clean and even hoovered up afterwards. Good crash course in how to use the wood burner as well. Overall we are very happy.

Corby Fire Designs supplied and fitted the log burner, prepared the chimney and even gave me a crash course on how to use it. The team are really helpful, know their stuff, gave great advice and talked through various options with us. Fitting was a slick operation and the guys even cleaned up after themselves. Highly recommended and can’t thank them enough for their great customer service!

Log burner stove supplied and fitted all chimney lined and swept pot on top done and even removed our old Ariel....... showroom staff friendly and helpful fitter and his mates top quality lads and work carried out very friendly polite helpful clean tidy and professional can’t rate them any higher!
