This company has helped myself and my wife to get rid of our debt.
If you fit the criteria there are options and the one best for us was a DRO a debt relief order.

All debts are frozen for 12 months then if nothing has changed they get written off, a bit like bankruptcy.

Not everyone gets this option but there are other ways to resolve your issues.

It takes about 4 to 6 weeks from first contact to the finish.
There are phone interviews, forms, proof of relevant things etc etc so it's not quick but it is thorough.

The staff are amazing, very calm and sympathetic to your situation, they don't judge they just help.

Thanks to this company my wife and myself have been given a new lease of life and are now looking forward to discussing the possibility of getting a motorbility car on the government motorbility scheme, as this takes back your mobility allowance.

These people are terrific, Mike and Samantha just so professional but with a human touch. Very thorough with the detail and great patience. Having coached for an American Bank for many years I recognise superior call handling. And it is in abundance from these two.

Couldnt have asked for a better service, pretty much stress free service. Took about 2.5hrs on the phone but was worth it. Lady was so helpful and understanding i was 2 years into a IVA but change of circumstances ment i was no longer able to afford it and was referred for a DRO. Only took 7 days to be accepted which was a relief as thought it would take much longer.

I was advised by another company to take out a IVA which was something I really couldn't afford ! So I then contacted The Wellness Group, the lady I was put with Samantha sat through my tears, tantrums and sheer panic. She managed to keep me calm with regular up dates and I got my DRO in about 6-8 weeks. This has now given me peace of mind and I can get on with the rest of my life without all the worry hanging over me. THANK YOU SAMANTHA.

Two weeks ago, I didn’t know anything about debt relief or even how to go about it, it took me so much will power to reach out and get help, I was extremely anxious and out of my depth. Every month interest rates on cards and an old loan we’re getting bigger and I dreaded opening letters or opening the door. On a whim two weeks back I found that courage and made the call, from the very beginning staff were understanding and showed a lot of empathy, after initially talking about an IVA, I was advised that because of my position and health concerns that the best way forward would be a DRO, the process started over a few days, where I was advised and looked after the whole time, being constantly updated on progress. Last Wednesday I signed the completed DRO application which FWG had completed, just two days later, 48hrs, I received an Email from The Insolvency Agency informing me that my DRO had been approved! I am over the moon, I never saw a future not involving debt, and in a two week period FWG have made the impossible, possible. I am and will remain eternally grateful to everyone that dealt with me at FWG, Thank you so much.

I've never been in the position where I had to do anything like this before and was abit scared and apprehensive. Have to say best thing I have ever done was contacting them and asking for help. The relief you feel when everything is sorted and in place is great. The people talk to you and are so willing to help and do their best.

I have had an account for 9 months. Accounts still outstanding. Seem to have had to do 50% of the work myself. Debt not reduced at all, can't help but wonder what I'm actually paying for!! Debt now seems more out of control than it ever was.

I can’t recommend the FWG enough they have been so kind caring and extremely helpful in helping solve my debt problems. I became extremely ill in 2019 which caused me to spiral into a lot of debt . Initially when I received a call from them I was hugely suspect but after listening and getting put through to a debt advisor who listened and started the process of an IVA for me and I felt like a huge weight had finally been lifted . I had done nothing but worry about how I was going to carry on paying all these debts when I had no money to do so . The process was started and a couple of days later I received a call from a review agent who looks at cases before the IVA is complete he informed me the a DRO may be applicable in my circumstances because am not going to be able to work again , and even paying the IVA monthly would be a struggle and leave me with no quality of life . He passed my case along and next day a DRO agent called me went through my details and situation and told what a DRO is how it works and how long it affects my credit score , basically informing me of all the information I needed to make an informed decision. I then payed the DRO fee spoke with my agent again who then sent application through and it was appointed 3 days later. Honestly writing this review now I can’t thank everyone enough at the FWG from day 1 they have listened reviewed and have done nothing but be extremely kind caring and respectful towards me and my circumstances. Everyone I’ve ever spoken with in this company has only ever had my best interests at heart . They are professional and extremely diligent they listen so they can give you the best advice for your circumstances. Thank you everyone within the FWG for finally helping me to not worry about money and spiralling debts for the first time in 4 years. Thank you to Steph Callum Chris and everybody else who helped me within the last 10days . I will finally be able to sleep 💤 tonight.

Samantha and the team have helped me enormously as I have cognitive issues I cannot thank fwg enough many thanks team !!

FWG have been great from the get go! I initially had a IVA agreement but on a annual review it was concluded that the IVA was not affordable anymore.
They went on to refer me to another department who discussed my options I believe it was Danielle who dealt with me she was great as was everyone, it was a DRO that was then recommended and I was handed over to Chris who was great, he quickly got my IVA terminated and the DRO application processed really quickly!
