Very good quality product, just about arrived in time.

Ordered a last-minute 'ride on' dragon for our 5 yr old's school dressing up day. It took a day longer to arrive than should've done, despite paying £6 extra, but the dragon's quality is excellent! It's even been washed in the bath (don't ask) and still looks great!

Rubbish,did'nt fit, ruined the evening

Not a cheap option,ordered a XL. I am 6 foot tall with a 34'' waist surely within the xl range.Easy to take the money and deliver the product on time, but if the product is not fit for purpose it counts for npthing

I am sorry to learn that you were unhappy with the sizing of this, this costume is manufactured by Smiffys and I will be sure to pass on your feedback to them.

As we appreciate that sizing varies from Costume to Costume, all of our Costumes are measured here at the warehouse and we detail this information under the description for each item so I am sorry if this was missed when placing your order.

Had you contacted us at the point you received your costume we would have done everything to assist you and to make your shopping experience with us a fulfilling one and to exchange, refund or replace the costume should you have wished.

We offer a no quibble returns policy and had you contacted us prior to leaving your review, we would have been more than happy to accept the item back for a full refund however, the first time we were aware of your disappointment was through this review

If you still have the Costume in the original condition, you are still more than welcome to return this back to us for a refund. Please contact our customer service team on 01422 256318 and we can arrange the return and issue a pre-paid returns label
