This costume is manufactured by Funshack and I will be sure to pass on your feedback to them. We retail the costume for £25.99 which will reflect the quality of the costume. This particular costume is extremely popular as it is such good value for a full Suit. I am sorry that you were disappointed by the quality of it.
We pride ourselves on our customer service levels and are Number 1 within the Industry for our service so it is a shame that you assumed we would not help you. Had you contacted us at the point you received your costume we would have done everything to assist you and to make your shopping experience with us a fulfilling one and to exchange, refund or replace the costume should you have wished.
I am sorry that you feel so disappointed with Fancy Dress Ball. If you had given us a chance to rectify your situation then you would definitely not have been left feeling this way

Willy Wonka 13-15yr size.
Bought this for our 15yr old son so got Teen size (13-15) our son is by no means the tallest in his class so thought this would be perfect. The trousers are about an inch short and the jacket sleeves about 2in short, as it is only for one use this Saturday (26th May) it will do, however I suggest the sizing is changed to 13yrs only.

Step up and take a bow, Fancy Dress Ball
As a costume designer for film, lead times can be very short and budgets tight. In a recent script change emergency, [3 days prior to shooting!] Fancy Dress Ball rose to the occasion with clear communication, excellent service and speedy dispatch and delivery. Excellent products, highly recommended.

Superb company, I live close by & arranged Warehouse collection for 3 separate orders in the space of 1 week (including 1 return) Staff are polite, friendly, helpful, jovial & pleasant, and each order was ready for collection within the hour. All transactions were smooth & prompt. The costumes are authentic looking & a good fit for size.
