FAITS D'ARMES Recenzje

Excellente discussion avec le chef qui sait conseiller et orienter. Excellents produits
Excellente livraison et rapide

I saw all the good reviews and decided to order from Faits D'armes and can say that the items i received are GREAT and i got a discount... BUT!

I have spoken with Faits D'armes SO many times, i got billed TWICE, communication was a issue and lastly i didn't get the correct item...

The website works but service was a issue

Problema resuelto con mi tercer pedido. Todo correcto y muy buen material

consegna in meno di cinque giorni in condizioni perfette

Really impressed by what the shop has to offer but even more so the customer service! I made an order and they didn't have my item in stock. I needed it fairly quickly so asked if they could possibly cancel the order and I'll make a new order later on down the line. They replied and actioned the refund within 10 minutes of me sending the email. Very awesome and looking forward to making a new order soon!

Fantastic Service!

I purchased some Pro Gauntlets and some Rawlings training swords from Faits Darmes.

I will say at first I was worried about spending that amount of money online but, they were really great to deal with and helped me through the process.

Importantly, everything arrived, it arrived in good time
and with no damage.

I hope this helps other people who might be thinking of purchasing anything from Faits Darmes.

They have earned my trust the old fashion way, by doing exactly what they said they would.

Responsive team, super fast delivery, quality products. I'll definitely order from them again.

The delivery was delayed a lot due to crappy postal services, but Faits Darmes offered a replacement which was nice and then the original shipment arrived. So fair trader.

La merce è arrivata velocemente con Bartolini ottimo corriere

Tout est parfait, comme toujours.

The title says it, this is also one of the few places that keep SPES in stock in case you need gear quick

The fabric got ripped on the first day of use.

Envoie rapide, jamais déçu par Faits d’Armes.
Merci beaucoup !

Excellent service and excellent advice via the live chat.

Unfortunately the package is stick in UK customs (apparently due to the invoice simply saying "sword", which spooked them). However, this isn't necessarily the fault of Fait D'armes :)
