Loved the opportunity to see all the highlights of Yosemite.

The drive was long but overall - the tour was amazing! The park is very relaxing and the tour itself is very informative, thanks to Gino! He pointed out a lot of sceneries that are worth to be seen and even stopped to allow us for pictures. Thanks for the experience!

This was a great tour! Ben was awesome, and it was a fantastic day. Don’t bother with the lunch. It was very good, but there are so many options to choose from, that are a better value for the money. Overall a wonderful day.

It was great to get the chance to go to Yosemite, as I only had 1 day available in San Francisco. The drive is long and takes around 5 hours to get there, even when you think you’ve made it, the bus takes a long time to climb the spiralling slopes.

We got dropped for time at the main viewpoints but time was a bit rushed at some sites.

I thought our tour guide seemed inexperienced and I didn’t trust that I could ask her many or any questions that she couldn’t answer by reading off signposts.

Our bus had problems on the way back and we stopped many times so the tour guide could speak on the phone to what sounded like a mechanic, calls that were broadcasted to the entire bus. This made people on the bus feel uneasy and it wasn’t a nice way to be spending the journey back sitting stationary in the dark on the side of steep mountain sides.

All in all it was still a very cool experience and the guide did her best. I think they should have a driver and a guide, not just 1 person doing it all, especially if they’re inexperienced.

Our tour guide and a driver was Ms. Glenda. She was knowledgeable, funny and reliable. You will be lucky if she is your tour guide!

Keith our driver was very knowledgeable of local area. We enjoyed seeing the sights of San Francisco. Was disappointed with the fog but that can’t be helped.

Randall was a great driver and guide. He was knowledgeable, personable, and overall great guy. (He even gifted us a bottle of sparkling wine for our 30th anniversary!). Wineries and Muir Woods were good choices. We enjoyed them all. However, we purchased the "gourmet lunch and wine pairing" - we did not enjoy this. [PLEASE be sure to read update below1] The server practically threw the plates at us. The "cheese board" was three tiny bits of cheese (not even bites) and some not ripe fruit. The Caesar salad wasn't bad, nor was the chicken. But we ordered two different entrees and received two of the same. Most importantly, the wine pairings were advertised as 3 ounce pours. These were typical tastings - 1.5 to 2 ounces at most (and I doubt that much). I would never do another add-on like this with Extranomical. They don't seem to be involved in this and leave it all to a third party vendor who could have cared less, it seemed. Was definitely NOT worth the additional $80.
UPDATE: I changed my rating of the experience to 5 stars after Extranomical contacted me as soon as they saw this review (by phone, text, and email!). They were apologetic, assured me they were meeting internally about my concerns, and that they would follow that by meeting with the third party vendor who provided the lunch to determine if they would remain a partner. In addition, they refunded the cost of the lunch. I have used Extranomical before this and I would use them again. They acted appropriately and professionally when faced with the feedback above.

Dustin was a great guide, he kept us on track with time and shared excellent recommendations.

Dustin our guide was great! Knowledgeable and energy and attitude from start to end was ten. Thank you for the experience. The bus was hot because the AC was not working the best but that was not his fault.

Also cherry of the cake is that he’s super funny. Highly recommend!

What a wonderful day we had at Yosemite and Giant Sequoias on July 15 2025.
Scott was our tour guide he kept us well informed and up to date, he even came looking for us when it looked like we were not going to make it back to the bus at the Sequoias bringing us some fresh water! We made it with 5 min to spare

Was a great tourism experience out of the city. Seats were comfortable, and each stop was uniquely enjoyable. Our tour guide, Randall, was enthusiastic and very knowledgeable.

Great tour to Muir Woods and Wine Country! Dustin was a phenomenal guide, very knowledgeable and with a great sense of humor! Highly recommend!
