Read all the bad reviews. Ordered anyway as i had a big mirror from exclusive mirrors years ago. Glad I did, never had any issues. Delivery date was made and mirror arrived well packaged. No issues at all. Very happy with my new mirror.

0/5 – Extremely Poor Service from Exclusive Mirrors and Fragilistics

I bought a mirror weighing around 30 kg from Exclusive Mirrors, and the delivery was handled by Fragilistics. My experience with both companies was terrible from start to finish.

Communication – Absolutely Rubbish
Neither company could provide proper updates. Emails were inconsistent or completely missing. Fragilistics would send an email saying they were coming, then cancel last minute with excuses like “the driver is sick.” When they finally decided to deliver, they gave no updates at all, they just showed up out of nowhere.

Delivery – Unacceptable and Inconsiderate
Despite me living alone, they refused to bring the item to my door. Even with a lift available, they claimed they “can’t go on the lift.” They insisted I come downstairs to meet them, which makes me wonder how someone older or with mobility issues is supposed to manage a 30 kg package. I had to go and find someone to help me carry the mirror upstairs — completely unacceptable for a delivery service.

Overall Experience
Fragilistics and Exclusive Mirrors are unreliable, unhelpful, and honestly a rip-off in terms of service. I would never recommend them to anyone. If you’re thinking of buying from Exclusive Mirrors or having Fragilistics deliver your order, I strongly advice you to avoid both companies.

Ordered two Gatsby crystal mirrors from Exclusive mirrors, what I got was nothing like the many I've bought before from a far superior company Fabulous mirrors, they arrived badly packed and both damaged, DO NOT USE EXCLUSIVE MIRRORS you have been warned

Our set of mirrors arrived fairly quickly bud sadly there damaged however after sending an email & photos the problem was dealt with immediately & within days a new set of mirrors arrived & the damaged ones removed at the same time.

After I ordered thw mirror I read the trustpilot reviews like a fool I worried incase I had made a mistake but I can honestly say I'm blown away with the item. Delivery was quick considering thw size of the item. Cannot recommend highly enough!!

I’ve read some negative reviews on here and I have to disagree with them. My mirror came by next day delivery for no extra cost in fact it was free delivery . The packaging was incredible - a box within a box plus egg box material inside as well, it did make it heavy and bulky but no scratches or damage to the mirror. The courier kept me updated and even rang me when he arrived and no one was in. Most impressed all round and will DEFINITELY use them again. Beautiful mirror exactly as pictured.

I would Not recommend Exclusive Mirrors & I certainly would Not ever use them again.
I ordered some really expensive mirrors only to find that when they arrived , they didn’t resemble what they looked like in the pictures.
I contacted customer service but was told they could collect them & give me a refund but would charge me for sending them back?
So I have just paid £30 to send back some mirrors that look nothing like on the website pictures, just to get a refund?

The refund for my mirror has arrived. Better late than never! Over three weeks to refund. They need to change what is said on their website.

I wouldn’t usually bother to write a review but for the extremely high level of customer care I received, it’s the least I can do.
My mirror needed to be with me on a short date as it was a birthday present and you made sure that happened for me. A very high end product.. as the saying goes- you get what you pay for and we did. We’re very happy… many thanks.

I purchase a 3D mirror when I received it we measured up and it was to big, I reordered another mirror which was ideal. I thought I had really good service and a great selection to choose from. Thank you would definitely buy from you again.

I ordered a £269 mirror which was delivered damaged. I was promised a discount for the inconvenience as I took the day off work to ensure I was in for the delivery, however, this hasn't happened. In addition, I was advised that a new mirror would be sent out, sadly this hasn't happened either. I emailed the company last week asking for an update but have not heard anything back from them. I phoned them this evening and was advised someone would ring me back, but still nothing. Very poor customer service, I won't be buying anything from them again. I'm not someone that normally leaves a review, however, I really wouldn't want anyone else experiencing what I have.

This is my first purchase from Exclusive Mirrors and I am very pleased to say that dealing with this company was very easy. The overmantle purchased is a well produced product and the robust delivery packaging was very impressive. I am pleased to recommend this company to potential customers seeking high quality products.

Do not waste your time and money on this company !
we waited over 3 weeks for our mirror to be delivered, for it to be shocking quality, poorly / cheap made! when we asked for a refund they told us we would have to pay £30 to send it back and once they received it back i would then have to wait another 30 days for a refund. well i`m still waiting for someone to pick the thing up , its been over two weeks !! trying to get hold of them is also a nightmare !! stay well clear!!!

Fast delivery well packaged so happy with my mirrors Can't wait to hang it in our new house.

I was very impressed with the customer services, we had a small issue which was rectified immediately. The company answers calls within a few seconds (no covid excuses) and responds within a few hours bY return email. Excellent and easy to do business with.

We absolutely loved our mirror, but after a considerable length of time a small issue arose with it. Customer service was first class and we were supplied with a brand new mirror. I can't thank Exclusive Mirrors enough.

If you look at the reviews most of them are bad so I don't think we should trust them at all...
Look like they know every single company even some of them not launched yet but they are already writing a poor review...
