Unfortunately my mirror arrived with a little damage to one of the corners because the box got damaged in transit. They quickly sorted out a replacement for me. The mirror looks great too!

Osbourne (Champagne) Overmantel Mirror
I was disappointed with the quality of this product. It was poorly finished and did not match what I expected from the online photos.
After returning the item, I did not receive a full refund, meaning I lost £24.99 (courier cost) on a product that did not meet expectations. This added to my frustration with the overall experience.
Based on this, I would not purchase from this seller again.

I liked the fact that the delivery men…
I liked the fact that the delivery men unpacked & checked that the mirror was intact. The only down side was they didn't take the packaging away, being 79 years old I found it very difficult to get rid of it all.

White free standing mirror.
I kept seeing ads for your mirrors and decided to place an order for one to go in my bedroom. I was impressed with the courier company that kept me up to date on delivery arrangements etc. when my mirror arrived the driver was really helpful with the delivery and I love my mirror arrived
