Hilary was very good at initiating the contract renewal process and then continued to keep me updated. She rightly contacted me when I was sometimes slow to respond! I had been wary of using a broker as I have had a bad experience in the past where I didn't get the best deal for our company. I shared my concerns with Hilary who every time I had spoken to her had been friendly and polite.
