Great service from Hilary, friendly and communicative but also very, very professional and knowledgeable. She always responds promptly and goes that extra bit further to make sure you understand the complexities of the energy market, short-term and long-term. I would highly recommend her and Exchange Utility to any business - she made a nightmare task (for us) very easy.
