Hello I ordered a bong two weeks ago and have not received a email or the package I am getting a bit annoyed atm so I need someone to tell me what's going on.

Ordered over 10 days ago, after 3 days I had no dispatch mail so got in touch and was told it was at the warehouse waiting dispatch. 7 days went by and nothing I call and I'm told one of the items is out of stock, I ask to be refunded and send the rest of the order, Now 10 days have passed and still I have nothing, no delivery and no dispatch email or tracking still ..
Completely useless :(

Delayed Shipping
I decided to order from Everyone does it because they have a good reputation and had great cyber monday deals.
(day 1) I made my order within the timeframe for same day shipping but never received an email with shipping info.
(day 2) I emailed customer support the next day and never got a response.
(day 3) I called customer service. The person I spoke with was kind and helpful. She said that my label had just been printed that morning. When asked about the delay, she said they had been overwhelmed with orders from black friday / cyber monday. I did receive an email about my shipment being ready later in the afternoon.
I do understand being overloaded with orders. My complaint is that high sales should have been expected. Don't promise same day shipping if you can't execute. Once it was obvious they wouldn't meet their deadline, it would have been nice to get a heads up.
So far, Not a terrible experience. Just a little disappointing. I'll see how the rest of it goes before I decide to order from them again.

Truthfully
The product took longer than expected to arrive and was poorly packaged. The product itself was in great condition. It's the perfect size. Easy to use and easy to clean. I will use this site again.

Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days to deliver.Your order was placed on Nov. 20th at 11PM. All orders placed after 2PM are shipped the following day. The order shipped on the 21st at 10:15 and as of today, Nov. 26th, your package is out for delivery. The 26th is the 3rd business day. We will be reaching out to further discuss.
