They sent me a faulty vaporizer. Did not work right out of the box. Probably how it was stored. Now they won't return my emails. I payed $160 bucks for a paperweight! These people should be in jail

i ordered a new bong about 4/5 days ago n still havent heard back will it get delivered or do i need to refund it

This company sent me a fake Helix pipe by Grav labs and it was missing a clip. At the time I didn't realize I had received a fake model until I asked them to ship me the clip. Much to my surprise they sent me a whole new piece with clip included. Now most people would think that's awesome. Me on the other hand saw right away the difference between the two. Same model but drastically different sizes as well as much different craftmanship. I asked them about it and customer service responded that they would never sell fake glass or knock offs. So I called Grav and they asked me to send the a picture of the two pieces. Sure enough they verified that on was in fact a complete fake and magically when I sent an email to the company confronting them about it for a second time they have failed to respond. ILLEGAL ILLEGAL ILLEGAL !!! SHOULD BE ABSOLUTELY ASHAMED THAT YOUR SENDING DAKE MODELS OF WELL KNOWN COMPANIES TO PEOPLE AT A PREMUIM PRICE. I HOPE SOMEONE SHUTS YOU DOWN. Had I not needed that clip to attatch my pieces you guys would have gotten away with it. Now I'm going to seek legal advice as to what can be done.

Great service. Excellent price. Received the item before expected delivery date. Not sure why there are so many negative reviews but if you’re ordering within BC I had no issues.

I would advise replying to the negative reviews and investigating further because I got worried at first when I saw these reviews but wanted to give this company a shot.

Disgusting customer service, does not answer telephone calls or honesty reply to emails. The company is a scam. I bought a vape from them and it never arrived, DPD said they delivered it Order no. 42285 was delivered at my address and left on my door step on the Tuesday 5th March 2019 at 11:45am, This day I was at work and never received a txt message (as I usually do from DPD) so when I got an email to say it was to be delivered today, in my break I tried to get back home in time for this delivery from DPD and when I got home I thought missed it and thought the parcel was back with the driver but when I checked my emails today it shows that the parcel was just left on my door step, I had checked with my neighbours and no-one has seen it so it clearly means this Parcel order has been stolen.

I did not request this from this company and did not give any DPD any instructions to do so. I have made contact with DPD and they have confirmed that the delivery driver was wrong to do this an advised me to contact the everyonedoesit.com, i did and made 20 telephone calls, left messages and no one responded. I sent 10 emails and eventually I was asked if I want another order sent out I refused and asked for a refund of £144. This refund I had never received, they have not taken responsibility for any of this and they have also lied when they said I would be paid a refund in 48-72 hours this has not happened. So I have no order and no money. I would never buy from this company ever again! In fact I am going to report this to trading standards as they are withholding my money.

I’m starting to wonder about my purchase with Everyone Does it also. I placed an order on March 10 or 11 of 2019. It said the order was complete on March 12. However today is March 18th and I never received the package or an email stating that it had shipped. I contacted Everyone Does It by email on March 14th with no response and also contacted them by phone and left a message on March 15 with no response. I sent them another email today and will also try to call them once again. If I get no response this time then I will go ahead and get a refund issued. If all else fails I will go to the BBB and consumer affairs and make a complaint. If I receive my order within the next couple of days or I get some kind of reply about where my order is at then I will gladly come back and update my review.

No I did not give it a five star rating my phone froze....I ordered 1 week ago and still have not received a tracking number and or shipping date. I've sent a email and know one has called or answered back. If I dont receive what I paid for by tuesday I will be calling my card and getting my money back. This company does bad business.

1. Do not rely on all the positive reviews on Trustpilot, it was written by the company.
2. I relied on it without doing any further research on forums like Reddit, before realizing that this company has a lot of issue around their operation and ethics.
3. THEY CANNOT PROVIDE SATURDAY DELIVERY, I saw a lot of comment like this before realizing that my order could not been able to be delivered on Saturday ( even though I order at 11AM on Friday ).
4. They do not have customer support on the weekend so I did not expect anything on Sunday.
5. I called them up on Monday morning at 10AM, all they could do was send me my item on Tuesday ????

6. A DELAY OF 3 DAYS for an order I paid £13 extra. No promise to refund me the amount above or anything.
7. Hopefully the item I will receive is an authentic one. Not sure how I would expect good quality from such company with poor service.

My order got returned to sender twice. They messed up my address both times. Sam from customer service was very rude and talked over me constantly. My emails from Mitzzy look like they were written by a child. They refuse to give me a refund until they get the package back, like it was my fault. Just a horrible experience. Wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy. Stay away!! Plenty of better websites to order from, like tvape.ca

I ordered a glass bong, came in a 3 business days, once the box gets here it has bee honey inside and the bong comes out blastic when i said glass. I reported it, but doubt they will do anything. Dont trust these people.

Beware. They sent me the wrong item - incorrectly labeled by them. Very slow communication; several emails later, and two weeks from when I first ordered, they sent me the correct item but incorrect color. I would never order from them again.

Had no problems. Everything arrived very well packaged and in a timely manner.

My order came a little late but the customer service made it right once told they upgraded my shipping so i could get my product quicker considering the already delayed shipment the item i originally ordered was out of stock but they upgraded me to one in my opinion is better than what i had originally ordered. So all in all great experience. Def recommended
