I was disappointed with the lack of communication. I was told the car would be back and ready in two days, then when I rang to collect, I was told the part hadn’t even arrived.
Service manager wasn’t helpful and blamed being short staffed.

Excellent service
I enquired on the Genesis website about a car, before the close of the day, they had replied and put me in contact with my closest local dealer.
Ben called me we had an in depth discussion and arranged for a test drive. On the arranged day I arrived and everything could not have been more professional, the staff were welcoming, polite and attentive.
everything was explained in intricate detail. at no time was any inkling of pressure was directed towards me to choose a particular spec of car.
Ben, was helpful and a delight to discuss things with, he is now attempting to find the car within my specifications and price point. once this is achieved I will have no hesitation in making a purchase.
an all round pleasant experience.

Mixed experience
I felt confident about the quality of the service, and was able to fix an appiuntment so that could wait. I was disappounted to collect from home service had been ceased with no communication. The check-in service on line did not work for me. Contacting the garage by phone was difficult with calls dropping out frequently after reaching the greeting message.

Terrible after sales care
The "Service Team" at the Leicester branch are impossible to contact; don't answer calls, don't respond to emails, don't call back. But strangely the sales team answer the phone in 2 rings!
Obviously keen to make a sale, but not interested in after care.

I visited this store today and what can I say the car we went to look at had been damaged because there's no parking anywhere there's just car after car .looking over the car noticed that there was condensation in the back light to be told by the manager that he could drill a hole in the plastic so there wouldn't be any more condensation. Who in there right mind would drill a hole in plastic back light.then he said because it was a used car scratches etc wouldn't be fixed just buffed up keys didnt work .dont waste your time going there read the reviews some of them was spot on .never again went to motorpoint in Birmingham so helpful friendly from start to finish
