My Swaros were in stock and the shipping was free. Unfortunately the box was damaged internally, which is not ok on a $3800 spotting scope. It appears to have been crushed. The scope seems to working ok though.

I like the products I have bought with…
I like the products I have bought with the exception of 1 pair of shoes that size is wrong on. I think shipping is way too much plus I have to pay to return them again. I ordered to pair of shoes and a pair of shorts that was like 20 or 25 to ship. I ordered 11’s but one size is 12 or larger. I think returns should be free if it’s not the customers fault as much as you charge for shipping. Other than that issue I’ve always had great service out of everything I buy.

The only issue was the packaging to protect them in shipping was terrible basically this was an issue Europtic has 100% control of and didn't do anything. My parts did survive for that I am thankful.
