This item CZ scorpion evo 3 (20 round mag) cost a whopping $100 total with shipping. Only to find once you push the mag in it's a fight to get it out. Im wiggling side to side pushing and pulling. Not worth it.

Sent the wrong item
Sent the wrong item. Response to my inquiry was slow. I had to repack the item, print out a RA and tracking label, drive an hour out of my way to take the package to a UPS center, and the reply was: "Oh, sorry about that. Send me a copy of the packing slip and a picture of the item [so we can make sure you're not lying and trying to avoid a restocking fee]." I'm done with this company.

My Swaros were in stock and the…
My Swaros were in stock and the shipping was free. Unfortunately the box was damaged internally, which is not ok on a $3800 spotting scope. It appears to have been crushed. The scope seems to working ok though.

I like the products I have bought with…
I like the products I have bought with the exception of 1 pair of shoes that size is wrong on. I think shipping is way too much plus I have to pay to return them again. I ordered to pair of shoes and a pair of shorts that was like 20 or 25 to ship. I ordered 11’s but one size is 12 or larger. I think returns should be free if it’s not the customers fault as much as you charge for shipping. Other than that issue I’ve always had great service out of everything I buy.
