Reference Eastbourne Store in Seaside.
On the evening of Tuesday 23 December 2025 the Bottom Door of our Hotpoint Cooker disengaged itself from its hinge, resulting in it hanging off and a Turkey awaiting the use of an Oven on 25 December!
Contacting the Store @ 8:40am this morning - 24 December - I wasn't optimistic of getting the problem sorted but "Father Christmas" sent me an early present of an Engineer @ 10:15am, problem sorted!
Now that is what I call Customer Service (10/10) on a Christmas Eve and that is why we also buy all our White Goods from them - best price always!
Excellent Engineer also.

Quando? Chi è? Dovè? Ad oggi non ho ricevuto niente,non rispondete da nessuna parte.. quando cavolo arriva...? Peccato che non ho letto prima le recensioni pessime che avete... perché tutti abbiamo lo stesso problema... pessimi... MAI MAI PIÙ ACQUISTERÒ DA VOI... SIETE VERGOGNOSI... SAPETE DI AVER PROBLEMI CON CHI GESTISCE LE CONSEGNE E NON VI SIETE MINIMAMENTE PREOCCUPATI DI CAMBIARE DITTA DI APPOGGIO PER LE CONSEGNE... IN PIÙ NEANCHE RISPONDETE E NON DATE LA POSSIBILITÀ DI RECEDERE DALL ACQUISTO... SERIETÀ SOTTO TERRA.

My wife and I recently purchased a new oven from Euronics (Loughborough), and the service was outstanding from start to finish. It’s staff were friendly, knowledgeable and took the time to answer all our questions and explain everything clearly. They helped us choose the perfect oven, removed our old one for recycling, and installed the new unit—all at a very competitive price. The customer service was excellent throughout, and we were even given time to get used to the oven and ensure we were completely satisfied before making payment. I would highly recommend Euronics to anyone looking for quality electronics, great value, and exceptional service.

Your website will not accept postcodes, so I can’t see what my local dealer has in stock

I WAS/AM MORE THAN HAPPY WITH MY SENSIS 50/50 FRIDGE FREEZER THAT I PURCHASED FROM THE SHOP IN CLEVELEYS. THE STAFF WERE VERY GOOD AND OFFERED GOOD ADVICE WITHOUT TRYING TO BE "IM GOING A SALES PITCH DOWN YOUR THROAT" LIKE YOU CAN GET IN SOME SHOPS.
EVERYTHING WENT SMOOTHLY AND I AM VERY HAPPY OVERALL.

I recently went to euronics website to buy a TV for Xmas I put the TV in basket and went to checkout but I could not believe it ,the TV was being delivered from a store 38 miles away from my home and they wanted £250 for delivery I could not believe this so went elsewhere

The Staff at our local Euronics Store were very helpful, and my washing machine was delivered and installed when promised

Seaham Calvert’s Euronics; experienced proper caring customer service particularly from Steve when purchasing a Samsung Oled TV. Impartial advice from day 1 and price matched, kept in the loop re arrival and delivery dates, and both he and Alan set up my new tv without a hitch. Great to see that personal service is still alive and kicking in a market where it’s a fading art..thanks to all at Calvert’s,Church Street, Seaham.

I don't get it. the website just asks you to input your postcode to check which prices they should charge you (?). but when you input the postcode it just refreshes the browser and asks again, tried on Safari and Chrome before loading up windows and using Edge with the same issue each time...! rubbish.

Ordered an almost £100 microwave in Jersey at Fortuna Euronics Jersey. Was then informed that there was a £30+ charge (recently changed charges so couldn’t confirm) to deliver it in the same small town as it’s a small item, so thought I’d carry it next day to save money. I can’t drive and have a heart condition and 30% seemed quite high. I paid and then discussed with my wife who advised me not to carry it home because of my health issues and had ordered one from Channel Islands Co-op to avoid me doing it. I went back and explained and my stupidity in panic agreeing and asked for a refund. However despite never touching or receiving the product, as it remained in store where it had always been for 12 hours anyway, I was told they don’t do this. It was credit note or nothing. I couldn’t be bothered arguing or getting stressed despite making my points known, so just accepted despite not needing anything else in future to use credit note for. Would have been 1 star but the staff are excellent, just beware of management’s money grabbing non-customer focused policies. It wasn’t a return it was an uncollected change of mind because of added costs and conditions within 24 hours. Just beware as not customer focused or inclusive of conditions.

Second time we use Euronics Bognor Regis. Good service by John but wow for Oliver that man is a genius the way he fixed our new hob, and the knowledge he has about fitting hobs etc.
Once again thanks to John and Oliver for the great service. I do recommend this shop,

Unfortunately we’ve been sent a broken machine and 1.5 weeks later still no one has contacted us about this.
We ordered on a Sunday and called first thing Monday about it being delivered in 45 minutes (amazing right!) but they were going to “upgrade” the washing machine as they didn’t have what we ordered in stock, of course I politely accept and it arrived 45 minutes later. however it was not an upgrade! Just a different machine, faster spin but not any of the cycles that the other one had which we wanted. I have no confirmation email or documentation on what we even own. Now we are stuck with a broken machine and no one to sort it.
Customer service have not been helpful at all. Would not use euronics again

My first time using Euronics. I received good service and the whole process went well. Delivery was nice and early, and the old tumble dryer was taken away. Id ordered a Sensis condenser tumble dryer, which is okay. A little disappointed that I made a trip to the shop to the view the tumble dryer before purchase and it wasn't in stock. Its not always good to just to buy online with products unseen but I had to do that anyway. I would consider using Euronics again as the price was reasonable , delivery fairly speedy (and the tumble dryer has a 3 year warranty). Nice to support a local business.

Ho ordinato una lavatrice e me l’hanno consegnata in soli 6 giorni. Qualche giorno prima della consegna ho ricevuto chiamata di conferma dati e data di consegna. Allacciamento, prova, e ritiro lavatrice vecchia in pochissimi minuti, ragazzi molto bravi, ottimo lavoro.

Buonasera sabato 27 settembre 2025, tra una commissione e l'altra, avendo a disposizione ancora 40/45 minuti prima di un appuntamento con amici, mi recavo in compagnia di mia moglie, presso il punto vendita Euronics sito alla via per Grottaglie in Francavilla Fontana provincia di Brindisi, per acquistare un televisore e una lavastoviglie.
Giunti al reparto tv,dopo aver visionato alcune televisioni, con l'aiuto dell'addetto, molto professionale e preparato optiamo per l'acquisto,di un samsung 55 pollici.
L'addetto di quella sera molto gentilmente ci ragguagliava e chiedeva che oltre al televisore avremmo potuto aggiungere estensione di garanzia,conservazione di scontrino,cavetti ecc...sempre chiedendo il nostro consenso.
A differenza del reparto lavastoviglie, che sicuramente a causa di poco tempo a disposizione decideva subito il modello in tutta fretta, chiedendo l'estensione di garanzia e NIENTE ALTRO.
Stasera al momento del ritiro mi accorgo che nel totale dell'acquisto mi era stato venduto un filtro anti calcare e la conservazione dello scontrino, DA ME NON RICHIESTO.
Naturalmente un acquisto fatto con più calma sarebbe stata sicuramente la cosa migliore..........
E magari prima di pagare un acquisto LEGGERE BENE il riepilogo di cosa si sta acquistando.

Euronics BLACKPOOL, absolutely awful both staff , the woman and old bloke, . Ordered a part from you, your staff knew that they can't get the.part. telling us it be in tomorrow, week half still not in , and now saying it's a difficult part to get. And yeah be in today, then because we said if not we cancel, oh it won't be in today. You might aswell cancel. OMG , NEVER USE THESE AGAIN.

Following a failed Amazon delivery, I telephoned Euronics, Totnes, to order a microwave. The customer experience was outstanding. From ordering,to payment to delivery- it was utterly seemless! It is so refreshing to experience outstanding customer service. Thank you Cavan for helping my elderly relative. You went above and beyond. Your professionalism and kindness to my elderly relative meant so much to her. THANK YOU!
