The flight to Dublin, and in particularly the return to Toronto was very
satisfying. The staff on the Air Lingus plane was very good, with
great service and friendliness. I would welcome travelling with that
team again.

my first trip to Europe ..i was bit confuse where and how to go for hotel accommodation but it set free from all tensions and worries just i got a reservation by simple process through eurobooking.

A very good website to use. The price for the hotel was very reasonable.
Everything was as described about the hotel.
We were going to the theatre -so didnt need a cancellation clause -but would be useful to have that choice.

On the first day, I asked to be booked in a hotel but Eurobookings booked me in a hostel.

I was very satisfied dealing with Eurobookings. Would not hesitate to do my bookings with the company again in the future.

Unbelievable, according to Eurobookings they cannot provide the consumer with a tax invoice. This contravenes so many corporate governance, commercial and tax laws in so many countries!!!! I cannot imagine that this is legal business.

Eurobookings seem not to understand the difference between a receipt and a TAX INVOICE!!!!

Beware! Many motels are now using 3rd party online reservation companies that you will be routed to when calling what appears to be the motel's corporate phone number. This happened to me and I was charged an additional fee for making the reservation even though when I asked the Eurobookings agent if there was a booking fee he said "no". I didn't find this out until I arrived at the motel and checked the folio for the billing. It was $10 less than what my credit card had been charged by Eurobookings. I called and spoke to a representative that was not willing or able to understand that the rate that had been quoted was correct but the additional fees were incorrect. I received no satisfaction.

DE momento bien, me he decantado por vosotros porque he visto que el precio del apartamento era mucho más barato que Booking, lo cuál me hace dudar por qué , pero espero no tener ningún problema.

Lo que sí que espero es que coincidan las fotos del apartamento con las reales del apartamento que nos den, no hay cosa que dé más rabia al usuario que sea muy diferente.

Our stay at Portmeirion surpassed all our expectations,it was truly magical.

It is our first time in such a cute country, and we were lucky enough to find this hotel first, we recommend that everything is top notch, we would go back to the same hotel

No where did it say that I was booking a "smoking" room, I guess that's why it was cheaper, and it's non-refundable, so we either have to put up with the smell or lose our money. Great choice. I will be sticking with tripadvisor from now on!!
