Booked accommodation on the 9th Feb, interestingly I was contacted by the hotel direct on the 10th Feb to say they thought I had doubled up on bookings by error, they were correct! Fahrenheit Seven in Courchevel confirmed there would be no cancellation fee by them for this error.
I reported both booking number to Eurobookings.com and they said they would have to contact the hotel to see if one reservation could be cancelled. Still no confirmation that this has been completed, yet the hotel said all was possible so how long does it take to make a call?.
I booked using an iPad so unsure why 2 bookings were made anyway on the website?

Assuming everything goes without a hitch (booking 3 months in advance), the process was fast and easy.

Nous avions réservé par Eurobooking 3 nuits à Barcelone (17-18-19 Octobre 2019) à l'IBERSOSTAR.
Vu les événements (manifestations pour l’indépendance de la catalogne) et l'impossibilité d’accès à l'hôtel (la place ou il se trouve est le quartier général des indépendantistes....
Nous avons du annuler !!!! Et impossibilité d'être remboursé alors que c'est un cas de force majeure !!!!
Et du coup nous faisons le ping pong entre l'hôtel qui nous dit de voir avec Eurobooking et Eurobooking qui nous dit de voir avec l'hôtel !!!
Et on nous raccroche au nez
Moralité : traitez directement avec les hôtels, Eurobooking n'est bon qu'a prendre sa commission SCANDALEUX

Very easy to use and top class accommodation. I would use them over the big names like Trivago any day of the week.

Made a booking 26 August 2019, through eurobooking for a break in krakow for 18th September 2019, for a luxury apartment. In the space of 22 days , arrived at krakow today went to the apartment it’s not the luxury apartment as described in the booking , because that apartment has been taken off their website. So where does that leave us with no luxury apartment , but eurobookings taking the pleasure to collect luxury money. Totally disappointed A) No notification was sent to us , and B) I have been let down by paying for something I did not receive. Daylight robbery .....Reference to your reply 23 rd September where eurobookings have stated my complaint was conclude, this is very much not the case, There was no other option given to me as the other apartment the6 offered was certainly not a luxury appt , hence we had to stay in the appt supplied, so all in all there is no luxury appts to be given out by P&J Appts, it’s a scam ... they are all standard appts, we were told on arrival by the office the luxury appt was pulled out of the list because the appt above was too many wild parties.. so eurobookings are not being honest on what they are advertising. Eurobookings are scamming monies off customers and not delivering the service that are advertised. .. we paid for a luxury appt, eurobookings gave us a standard appt, and took the premium of us for a luxury appt. in my view, eurobookings are robbing their customers..

Vraiment à conseiller. Paisible, confortable, excellente emplacement et hôtes attentifs et très gentils. Une expérience à répeter sans aucune doute.

Buena relación calidad precio. Muy cerca del centro. Personal muy amable. Pudimos desenvolvernos en español sin problemas. Se incluía desayuno. No muy variado, pero suficiente . Repetiría sin duda.

What a beautiful hotel! And not available on the other websites!!

We had a pleasant stay at the Briars Hotel in Paignton. The Hotel whilst nice does not live up to the images shown on their website, clever angles and images will do this. The room we had was a lot smaller than portrayed on the website.

We loved this Hotel! it was perfectly situated to shopping, dining and Museum culture, and our room was clean and modern and up to date lovely!

Den værste kundeservice jeg nogensinde har oplevet!!!
Jeg forsøgte i dag at booke et hotelværelse gennem eurobookings. Siden meldte at grundet en teknisk fejl gik bookingen ikke igennem og jeg derfor måtte prøve igen.
Da jeg ankom på hotellet var pengene fra Eurobookings alligevel trukket!!! Jeg kontaktede derfor straks kundeservice og fortalte om situationen, og at jeg ikke havde nogen bekræftelsesmail, da bookingen aldrig gik igennem.
Kundeservice anklagede mig for at lyve og sagde, at grunden til, at jeg ikke havde fået en bekræftelsesmail var min egen fejl og skyldes, at jeg havde stavet mit navn forkert.
Hotellet havde dog mit navn stavet helt rigtigt og jeg havde også dobbelttjekket, at alt stod rigtigt, da jeg forsøgte at booke.
Da jeg forklarede, at det ikke passede, lagde personen i kundeservice bare på!!!

The booking does not appear in my spam filter since it never went through in the first place. As mentioned, the website said that due to a technical mistake the booking did not go through!
Furthermore, I have been contacted by your costumer service that says they have not been able to get hold of the hotel. That sounds unlikely, since it is a professionel hotel operating daily on phone and email. It is also not their mistake but your company that should be given a refund!!!

Buchung auf diesem Portal ist einfach und übersichtlich, was man von der Kontaktaufnahme nicht behaupten kann. Die angegebenen Rufnummern führen alle ins Ausland. Sollte man wissen, denn man braucht die Länderkennzahl. E-Mail Kontakt ging sehr schnell und war auch zielführend. Allerdings nur auf Englisch. Sollte man auch wissen. Letztlich habe ich die Information aber doch sehr schnell und korrekt erhalten. Der Gesamteindruck ist soweit positiv. Aber die englische Sprache sollte man beherrschen. Gerade wenn Probleme auftreten. Deshalb auch nur 3 Sterne.
