Ausgezeichneter Service!
Der Bestellvorgang und die Bezahlung waren sehr unkompliziert und transparent.
Die Lieferung (in die Schweiz) ist noch in der gleichen Woche bei mir eingetroffen. Alle Formalitäten für den Zoll wurden von ETB-Technologies erledigt.
Die Workstation war in in einwandfreiem Zustand und betriebsbereit. Da auch die Preise unschlagbar sind, werde ich bald wieder Produkte bei ETB-Technologies bestellen.

The PC was as good as expected
The PC was as good as expected. The import process was a bit delayed by lack of information on whether I was purchasing as private or as a firm. Something that could have been avoided by collecting the information at an earlier stage.
What really prevents me from giving more stars is the stress I had to go through to find a power cable. no cable was delivered, and the typical cable to connect PCs and many other appliances (eg monitor) at least in continental Europe (I think C13) , did not fit in the PC. I had to look three days for a C19 cable. Maybe somewhere it was written that no cable would be delivered aand which cable I needed. If so, I didn’t see it.

Excellent Service
ETB has helped us out twice now with Dell server requirements. First time was in 2023 with a Dell R640 and we were very impressed by the quality of service, and the quality of the server we received. We have since required two additional Dell R640s this year with custom specifications and again the service has been top notch with friendly comms throughout. Really appreciated. Fast delivery too, and well packaged.

Hardware Purchase
I updated my workstatin replacing with a new processer and increasing its RAM capacity. ETB Technologies, shipped the hardwares that I purchased next day. The package was well prepared and everything is working fine right now. I would definitly make another porchase from them.

I recently purchased two HPE ProLiant…
I recently purchased two HPE ProLiant DL360 Gen9 Servers from ETB Technologies and I'm very pleased with the entire experience. The servers arrived quickly via express delivery (thanks for that! 😄), and everything was exactly as listed on their website, including the rails.
The packaging was excellent – secure, professional, and clearly handled with care. Everything arrived in perfect condition and ready to go.

We also tried to call you, but you did not answer. As we were unable to contact you, the order was cancelled.
