Most of the people they work hard to collect this money for surgery. You deserve better brothers so don’t give chance for scammers so you have to expose them.

Warning ⛔️ ⚠️ Firstly I was asked to write my review one week after my hair plantation m. This their trick they want 5 stars before the results.
But after several months I uncomfortable because results first getting worse. But I did anyways because the staff were all nice people great customer service. But it seemed like those doing the transplant were very young and somewhat inexperienced.
Not to bash Este grande.Pay more expensive but honestly it came out You get what you pay for.

Warning ⛔️ (They take enough draft from my back head but they didn’t planted all draft they borrowed. So they did that because they want you to come back make second hair plantation surgery. It’s how they think it’s all about money. They don’t care about the results.)

Even under operation they were complaining 4 times about my afro hair. But I tried to be nice. I asked why they are complaining about my hair and they said its hard to do afro hair. If they are not sure why they don’t say it before operation. I told them If you are tried why couldn’t changed the operation day.But they didn’t.

The whole experience was amazing! I have only met nice and professional people during my stay and before, as Bruce, my online consultant, was very helpful and answered every single question I had. I was picked up from/to the airport and clinic in very comfortable cars by professional and punctual drivers. I was worried about travelling to another country to have a procedure done. I don’t know why though as honestly I was treat like a king by esteGrande and their staff, I got collected from the airport and taken to my hotel. I got collected from my hotel and taken to the hospital, I had a translator that sat with me all day when needed. The hospital that did my transplant were amazing, not good with English but don’t need to be when you get supplied with a translator. I laugh now thinking about how worried I was, definitely would not go with anyone else apart from este grande for a hair transplant! Top class from start to finish when they dropped me back at the airport.. Cannot recommend enough!!

After doing my research for over a year, I finalized Este Grande for my hair transplant. I am 57 year old male from Canada. Some clinics refused the transplant, some were asking for crazy amount of money. From the time I landed at Istanbul airport, I was welcomed by their team at gate 14, they took us to Green Park Hotel, nice place to relax, next day driver picked me at 8:15 am, I went through blood tests, ECG and the procedure was explained, finished the transplant by 4 pm and dropped back at the hotel. Jason was my contact person and he is always available to answer all my questions, today is the second day and I had my first head wash done. Very professional team of doctors and medical staff. I am waiting for the legal action from Eastegrande as in the start of my review I had only requested the owner of the company to get involved in my case but I had been blamed for blackmailing and looking for free second operation.I still claim that I had never been given the paperwork I signed before the operation and I had been told 6500(maximum number of grafts) the girls doing the doing the operation told me 5000 grafts you guys are claiming that 4500 grafts. I want to clear that I had never received the paperwork I signed and I had been told by all their representatives that they will provide me and one of them once told me that they will look for my file.I had emailed to the ministry of health and ministry of tourism copied emails to Eastegrande but never been responded.

I live in UK where law in order is in place and where clinical negligence exists.I want the regulatory bodies in your country to comment and organise a independent audit of my operation taking all the facts from both parties(patient and Eastegrande) yet my partner gifted me and booked the operation with the Eastegrande with the initial representative(Justin) who is currently missing as being told he went to Army should be presented to give his responsibility of his conversation before and after operation.I am waiting for your legal action and will come to your country if needed which i did last year(27/06/2023) and stayed until the evening of 28/06/2023 to discuss this issue but I had been asked to wait time and time again until from 6 months to 15 and full 18 months which i did and later i had been told you had hair loss while these grafts are lifetime and i had never been given a guarantee certificate or any kind of paperwork after the operation.

The hair transplantation operation went very well and the team who conducted the operation were very proffesionel and caring.
They took care of everything from the moment we landed in Istanbul tiil we left the country. I felt that i was in good hands all the time and never felt insecure

I went to do hair transplant and I had a great experience. The doctor and the staff was wonderful and very professional. The clinic was very clean. The hotel was very luxe and the transportation was comfortable. Overall I had a great experience and now waiting for the result.

First of all, i want to say that I flew all the way from America and it was my first time in Istanbul. I really didn't know what to expect but i certainly didn't know it would be so beautiful. Its a very nice place to see, i was surprised. My consultant Rober, communicated with me through whatsapp and always had everything ready for me, he was really reliable and really took care of everything fast. My ride was ready when i came out the airport. My hotel was ready and my ride to the hospital the next morning was also ready to go. Everything came together so fast and easy every time. The whole hair procedure is also quick and pain-free. The only pain is the anesthesia but its fast and nothing crazy! Also i couldn't believe that it only took 1 session because i was completely bald, thats crazy. Those 3 females did a really amazing job and i hope they read this message. I was upset at first because i was thinking my hairline was higher than before but it was a big misunderstanding, i'm sorry! the hairline is correct & i love it! esteGrande changed my life & i'm super thankful of them. I had lost my confidence 4 years ago and now it's finally back and i feel like myself again. I also met another consultant named Albert, very great person. He really helped and made me feel a lot better about everything before i left. Really nice guy. Thank you guys. Much Love!

I want to start by saying that they have very good management, hotel, transport and travel to the clinic.
The problems start when you get to the clinic, no one speaks English apart of the person who bring the customers to the clinic.
The surgery takes 7-8h…it’s extremely hard to make it without having a chat, tv or something to do in this time.
The line drawn by the Dr does not resemble the one I have 10 days later. The line is not symmetrical.
The package you buy mentions 1 year of treatment but it does not exist (they offer in the package only a cap and a neck pillow), shampoo and other products you have to buy separately.

I had a little doubt in the beginning, but after 1 year it became clear to me that it really worked, I am very satisfied with the result, my 2 brothers will also go there soon, the quality-price ratio is also very good ,and also very friendly people, it was worth it
