Ontzettend onvriendelijke medewerker in Esso Leeuwaren. Ronduit onprettig.

The Rimbey Esso Amazon pickup location returned my package without ever contacting me. I was out of town and went to pick it up as soon as I got back, but the staff blamed “Dragonfly” and claimed it had to be sent back after 7 days. That wasn’t true, and no attempt was made to reach me. Other depots (like Mister Stitch in Bonnyville) provide excellent service—Rimbey Esso does not.

An der Tanke ist eine Postfiliale und obwohl das Geschäft seit 6:00 geöffnet hat, bekommt man Briefmarken ect erst um 8:00. Der Besitzer will seine Speisen und Getränke ( zu überteuerten Preisen) verkaufen. Wir werden dort weder tanken noch sonst etwas kaufen.

Die Angestellte war extrem unfreundlich.
Ich fahre ab heute definitiv dauerhaft zur Konkurrenz. Sowas geht gar nicht.

Attendo da oltre 6 mesi il rimborso di una modica cifra per mancata erogazione carburante in una stazione di servizio Esso self service. Nonostante le innumerevoli segnalazioni inviate al servizio clienti e alla PEC della Direzione, non ho ricevuto alcuna risposta risolutiva. Sono molto amareggiato da questo comportamento, soprattutto perché sono sempre stato un cliente fedele di Esso. Mai mi sarei aspettato di essere ripagato con un simile trattamento. Cocente delusione che manda in fumo decenni di fedeltà

Esso mobil1 stations need to fix this egift/gift card issue, I have used multiple egift cards and a debit to complete a purchase before in the past, so I dont know if it was this gas station employees error or what, but when I went to use my new gift card, I wanted to pay some on gift card and rest on debit, I dont know what the employee did, but it froze the gift card funds and wouldn't let me complete transaction. Regardless employee should NOT even be able to cause this issue. So from now on if im going to use a gift card im assuming the employee is hitting debit and is just assuming your garbage computer system can figure it out, im going to use a little on debit first and then egift card so if there is an issue I'll immediately do a chargeback.

My experience buying and using a gift card from ESSO was very frustrating and highlights issues with ESSO’s company policies and customer service.

I bought ESSO gift cards for my son, but when he tried to use one, it was unexpectedly put on hold. The card was declined because he exceeded the balance by three cents, making it unusable. He was not told why from the gas station, he was told to contact ESSO’s customer service. Additionally, no option to use another method of payment for three cents was offered, he needed to use another method for the full amount. This policy is unreasonable and causes unnecessary inconvenience for the gift recipient.

The situation worsened. First, ESSO does not offer customer service outside of it’s Monday -Friday business hours. On Monday I contacted customer service and the representative informed me that the card holder would need to wait 10 days for the hold to lift or they could send a replacement getting a replacement, but the funds would remain frozen for two weeks. This "solution" is worse than the original problem, showing a lack of understanding and no practical remedy.

My money is effectively held hostage for 10 days or two weeks without a real resolution.

I am very disappointed with ESSO service and how this was handled. A gift card should be easy and hassle-free, not frustrating. I am sharing my experience and encourage people to avoid purchasing ESSO gift cards in the future.

Am 26. Oktober 2025, um genau 15:40 Uhr, besuchte ich die Esso-Station an der Lullipoldstraße 34 in 84034 Landshut, um eine Cola und eine Packung Marlboro Gold zu kaufen. Leider musste ich erleben, dass der Mitarbeiter an der Kasse völlig unhöflich war, nicht auf meine Begrüßung einging und sich aggressiv verhielt. Der zweite Mitarbeiter verstärkte dieses unprofessionelle Verhalten noch.

Als treuer Kunde, der regelmäßig tankt und viel Geld ausgibt, werde ich so ein Verhalten nicht hinnehmen. Sollte sich der Service nicht verbessern, werde ich aktiv Kunden abwerben und die Tankstelle nicht weiterempfehlen. Solche Mitarbeiter haben im Kundenservice nichts verloren.

Ich hoffe, dass mein Feedback ernst genommen wird und solche Vorfälle in Zukunft vermieden werden.

Walgelijk dat ik me als 69 jarige moet legitimeren om sigaretten te kopen bij Esso Weidedreef Zoetermeer. Dat is voor mij vanaf nu dus tanken bij Argos en sigaretten bij de tabakshop.

Vandaag bekeek mijn saldo Essopunten Bleek dat na een jaar (niet in staat geweest te zijn te tanken) de punten vervallen zijn. In mijn geval had ik Euro 40 bij Bolcom kunnen besteden...
Zwaar teleurgesteld. Pure 'diefstal' om zo'n korte termijn te hanteren, c.q. klanten niet te informeren over een naderende deadline.
Voortaan mijd ik Esso.

Esso: Via Straelle di Rustega, 89, 35010 Borgoricco PD. Mi sono fermato 2 minuti con il camion per una piccola pausa, è arrivata una pazza a bussarmi violentemente nella portiera cacciandomi via! A una così meriterebbe i peggiori insulti e bestemmie addosso. Se me lo diceva con educazione me ne sarei andato lo stesso, ma siccome la sua vita è frustata è inutile ha deciso di rovinarmi la giornata!

Die Esso Tankstelle in Coburg hat eigentlich überhaupt keinen Stern verdient. Ich wollte heute „nur“ mein Hermes Paket abholen. Dabei stand ich ordnungsgemäß in der Schlange. Als ich bedient wurde und gesagt habe, dass ich ein Paket abholen will wurde mir gesagt „da müssen Sie jetzt warten bis ich die ganze Kundschaft (4 Leute) hinter Ihnen abkassiert habe. Die bringen wenigstens Geld und an Paketen verdienen wir nichts“ Sowas geht absolut nicht!!!

Wie schlecht ist das denn? Eine Toilette in die man 50 Cent einwerfen muss, aber die funktioniert nicht, man wo sind wir? Dann geht man zum Tankstellenpersonal und fragt nach dem Schlüssel, hat er nicht, wollen die mich verarsch? Ich denke nicht das das Personal hinten den Tresen kackt?

I was greeted with hostility and Contemot by young Indian guy, I asked him about esso card, he said its online. So sad that staff are letting your company down, I'm go else where, so should everyone else.

Esso Eisenhüttenstadt, wollten tanken und noch einiges einkaufen weil wir spontan eine kleine Feier haben. Angeblich bis 20 Uhr geöffnet, wir waren gegen 17:50 dort und es war alles dunkel, zu sehen war nur noch jemand an seinem Auto der uns angesehen hat als wären wir von einem anderen Stern.
Wenn man nicht auf das Geld angewiesen ist kann man das natürlich machen.. wir finden es eine Frechheit

Wer keine Lust auf seinen Job hat und es nicht versteht respektvoll mit Kunden um zu gehen der sollte entweder zuhause bleiben oder sich was neues suchen ,geht gar nicht !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

ESSO Ringsheim Herboltsheimer Strasse. Vorsicht Wucherpreise im Supermarkt. Beispiel: 1 Beutel Eiswürfel kostet sittenwidrige 5,00€ NIE Wieder !!

Vies en vuil. Betalen voor een smerig toilet

Esso Amersfoort Hogeweg; een medewerker zonder plezier in haar werk is 1. Een toilet waar je 50 cent betaald, en dan zo vreselijk vies is, stinkt, geen zeep, geen papier en handen droger kapot, kan echt niet! Medewerker stond natuurlijk niet open voor een normale reactie. Vind het echt schandalig.

sversamenti di carburanti a terra che nessuno provvedere a tamponare e pulire. Questo è l'unico distributore di Tirrenia e dintorni. Provato a contattare Esso inutilmente. Vergogna, che vengano a vedere in che situazione di degrado versa tutta l'area di servizio.
