Very easy to use and only 5 minutes walk to the terminal. Car was easy to find on the return and the staff were very friendly and easy to deal with.

The whole experience WAS very easy. Well set out so that you could see what was available.

Very straight forward and simple to use. No worries about lost tickets as it is a ticketless service reading your number plate.

Arrived and no parking anywhere on jet park 3 had to drive round and round for ages to find a spot!
Returned back to are car a week later to find it broken down after a delayed flight I just wanted to get home!

Waited hours for help to fix the car eventually was time to leave the car park.
And was told to pay a extra 15 I was fuming!!

So all in all 57 to park 15 extra DON'T BOTHER USING THIS SERVCE use the farm up the road cheaper and plenty of room to park wish we had!!

Check in was fine - quick and painless. However collection was slow and chaotic. No sense that staff had things under control. Also had a couple of customers whose keys you had lost who were being dealt with in public. Not good for confidence!

Booked this parking the night before I was leaving as had invented getting the train. The service was excellent, we were taken to the ferry port and as we were arriving late were given the code to the gate pick our car up think it was £6 in a taxi. Will use again.

This was the first time I had used the meet and greet service for any UK airport. At southampton the service was so easy to use on arrival, there was an official from Manor Park to meet me and the drop of area was so easy to find and big enough to accommodate numerous large vehicles. I contacted them 20 mins prior to leaving my home and they were they when I turned up. On arrival back into the UK I again phoned them on landing and only had to wait 5 minutes for them to turn up with my car and ticket to exit the short time parking facility. As I had read up on the reviews I was aware that I still needed a pound coin to exit the barrier so had one on hand and this was not a problem. Overall a very good all round service which I would use again for a short weekend trip or maybe a holiday of upto 10 days.

Very relaxed, luxurious way to start your holiday . First time me and my family have tried this and won't be the last. Food , drinks all on hand and easily accessed. Comfortable chairs and plenty of space. The only problem is you might just forget about your flight it's so chilled and comfortable in there.

Not what I consider 'Meet & Greet' when you struggle to get through the first barrier and spend ages pressing the call button. Then park in a lane a long walking distance from where you need to hand in your keys. The return was no better; car parked at the far end of car park A so I might as well have opted to park there in the first place. Not what I expect for close to £100! Will not use this service again.

Hassle free experience. Once car was parked, we waited less than a minute for a bus to transport us to the airport. On return journey it was probably about the same although our driver needed a 'comfort' break so waited an extra few minutes to be transported back to the car park.

spoilt our holiday, placed unnecessary stress on family before and after the holiday. Would never use this company again and recommend to all my friends to avoid.

I would use again

Absolutely fine. One little quibble- we didn't find the instructions from the M4 to the hotel quite detailed enough and the same from the hotel to the Meet and Greet. There was some confusion about which lanes/turning to take and in the time deciding we went wrong and got lost round Hayes as we couldn't turn back. Also had to go round terminal 2 twice and ask for help!

Found the car park following directions on paperwork which were clear
Plenty of spaces to park and bus came as expected. Would use again

Excellennt telephone service and advice but had to pay on line as the payment service was down, then when complete, no documents arrived by email as promised. A little frustrating but streets ahead of the rest.

Good off site parking, its a long way out but service was prompt and friendly, drivers helped people load their bags.
