A friend had some lovely perfume on and I asked what it was she told me it was Escentric Molecule’s 01 - I googled it and ordered it Sunday evening. Today I received my order and two free gifts. The perfume is amazing the gift and delivery also is excellent will definitely recommend and order again well done Escentric

I am happy with concept and basic communication with support but we didn't solve my problem and just wasted time as the company got too commercial in my opinion, although support team tries hard. It burns away its global perceptive customer base just now which is rather starting to experiment with essential oils and basic molecules themselves. Minimalism overpriced, kind of misses the essence don't you think? I mean, 001 must be one of the lowest priced substances in the industry.... And more bla bla followed as an answer to this comment

I bought because I love M05 / Cashmeran. So 100ml and the 30 ml with (gratis!) travel case were mandatory.

And I like E03 very much. What I knew because I had bought two 5 x 2 ml sample sets for M and E first and so I could redeem the price at 100 ml of M05 and E03 as well.

Delivery (via DPD as well as UPS) was smooth and very fast and the web store as well as paying were easy as well (plus I wasn't forced to use Paypal but could use my debit card doubling as a credit card, which not all shops do).

I had an issue with 2 of the sprayers and they sent new bottles out right away. Very good customer service. I requested just new spray nozzles and they replaced the whole thing.

I purchased a bottle of Molcule 01.
I received a defective bottle.
The scent was gone after one spray.
I reached out to them.
They will not voluntarily give me a refund or allow me to return it.
There reply is a bunch of nonsense. I have reported this to all the necessary authorities

I have been loving on Molecule 01 for over a decade, smelling it on others. I finally took the plunge and bought the exact one for myself but not only can I not smell it (which I understand is quite common), neither can those around me! Ughhh.

Shipping was spot on. Packaging was lovely; and products smelled amazing as always. I have a few different bottles, and obsessed with my new addition to my collection; the travel size spray bottle. I highly recommend.😊

The perfume leaked and the package was all soaked. The lid is somehow also broken. Definitely something that went wrong there. Loving the smell tho!

Had a minor issue with my order (on my end) and reached out for customer support for help. They were very quick to reply and fix the issue (and they even sent me some more free samples!). Their products are also pretty solid as well, molecule 01 has been my go to for years. S/o to Dan!

Headline: €150 for scented water. Worst customer service ever.
Review: I am extremely disappointed and unsatisfied with both the product and the brand's customer service. I purchased a 100ml bottle of Molecule 02 from an authorized retailer for €150. While the official sample I tried was great, the full bottle contains absolutely no scent—it is literally like spraying plain water.After checking the batch code (WME22185-37), I discovered the product was manufactured on April 15, 2022. It has been sitting in storage for over 4 years before being sold, which clearly ruined the fragrance formulation. Despite this, nobody from the brand—including Dan from customer service—bothered to check if the batch was defective. They simply ignored my complaints and hid behind generic excuses about "molecular fragrances."A supposedly high-end brand should never treat loyal customers this way. They just took my €150 and left me with a useless bottle of water. I strongly advise everyone to avoid buying from Escentric Molecules. They are not a real luxury house. Save your money and stick to true luxury brands that actually value their customers and guarantee the quality of their products.

Very dissapointed in the perfume. Loved it after a friend wore it. I got a bottle as a Christmas gift and there is no smell. I even purchased the body lotion to see if that would help. Customer service advised me that The Molecule 01 fragrance is radically minimalist, and it contains no odorants except the aroma-molecule, Iso E Super, pure and singular. Hannah recommended I tried the Escentric range. Surely, she could have send some samples. That way I could have an idea if this one is more suitable. As it is not a cheap perfume brand.
