They di NOT refund when they say they will - read the 1 and 2 star reviews - I appear to be one of many people who have been promised a refund and not received one.

Esale exceeded our expectations with their exceptional service, always available and supportive. David's guidance made our property sale smooth and stress-free, even with our move to Wales.

Esale were great from start to finish. Quick responses to comms, kept us informed all along the way in a difficult sale, with our purchaser not being the easiest person to deal with. David and Jessica restored my faith in agents, they were super reliable, and I would use them again without doubt. Couldn't recommend them highly enough.
And of course, we saved literally about £5k over using a traditional agent.
So they were better than the traditional agents, and much cheaper - why would you use anyone else?

Minor Hiccup: Delay with First Buyer: During a company transition period, the issuance of the MOS for the first buyer experienced an unexpected delay of nearly 6 weeks. This was frustrating for both us and the buyer, although the sale ultimately fell through for reasons unrelated to Esale. Very satisfied with the level of exposure on my home an extremely professional advert has been drafted and put on multiple sites and proof of sent when requested. Exceptional communication skills my agent is only a phone call or email way any time i need updated and they have been a wealth of knowledge on how to approach potential buyers after viewings. Refunded within 30 days. I listed my house with them in early March and they done an excellent job of the marketing and advertising of it. Excellent communication and seamless process. I also was coming to the end of my contract with another agent who found me a buyer by late march so i contacted Esale within their 30 days and have been refunded in full with no issues. I personally think these recent bad reviews are telling lies.

Further to my previous reviews on this company, and like another review I’ve read on here, I AM STILL WAITING FOR MY MONEY TO BE REFUNDED, waiting since 5/1/24.
All the reviews on here are good when the goings good, anyone who invokes their right to the 30 day money back guarantee may as well set fire to that statement. It’s a lie and it should be removed from their terms - they have broken their terms on contract with me and couldn’t give a damn. Yes they are cheap, well as the saying goes, you get what you pay for… personally I believe in what goes around comes around - one day this will bite them 🤞🏻

To date very satisfied with the level of communication on a property i have listed in the greater London area. Timely responses to questions asked and nothing seemed too much trouble. Happy with the advert and quality of photos provided and the exposure they have on my house on some huge property websites i have found it on.

I placed our home with them last month and we already have had 3 viewings and one offer which we are seriously considering. Cost effective and just as much reach as a high street estate agent if not more with our home being seen on zoopla and onthemarket. I recommend them very much so to anyone who wants to save money and do the viewings themselves as being able to speak directly with buyers is a breath of fresh air.
