My house has yet to sell but my experience so far with Esales has been very positive as they seem to have generated a great deal of interest in my property. I am British living in Spain so I deal with Esales in London. I can see that the house is advertised in over 70 sites in as many Countries and the encouraging part is the rapid response I get to any questions I have dealing with Gerard. Esales is most appropriate for me as my villa in Spain is one that is most likely to sell to non-Spanish buyers.
