Great customer service
Great customer service, very friendly and also accommodates requests for custom logos. The cake knife set was perfect a perfect gift to the bride and groom. They loved it.
I would definitely recommend them and would use them again.

Fantastic Engraved Memories bracelet purchase experience.
My experience of ordering a photo embossed bracelet with inscription, to honour the memory of my deceased daughter, was good.
The bracelet did not disappoint. The finished product was amazing in all aspects. The bracelet was delivered within the expected time, along with a “best wishes” note. I wear the bracelet with pride.

Haven't heard anything since paying
Haven't heard anything since paying for the bracelet. No idea where it is or if it's even coming. Suspect this is a scam website as no one responds to emails and you have to download an app to try and progress chase but the app is full of adverts asking for personal data. Would think twice about coming here based on my experience so far. Very disappointed
