Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service, super late delivery and no returns possible 🥲 even though i messaged them 2h after my initial order asking if i could change the personalised message slightly, they saud yes, then dissapeared for weeks until the product was already delivered and it was too late

It was a great experience .....
It was a great experience because I had previously sent the design I wanted and realised a few days later there was a problem on the photo that I didn't want on the item, I emailed them straight away panicking but they were quick to reply reassuring me it would be dealt with and not to worry, It was a special gift to my daughter who is coming 13 and wanted it to be special

Medical alert bracelet.
Arrived, very pretty and I think medics are more likely to notice it and read it than just a plain medic bracelet (I was told once that they don't look at them). Lets hope I never need it, but better safe than sorry.
