Items ordered were quickly sent out making this a hassle free transaction - Well done English Heritage !

There was an error on my order, but after I sent an email to your helpline this was swiftly resolved. The gift was sent quickly and efficiently to the correct address.

The items that I ordered arrived in a timely manner and were well packaged.

The online shop has an excellent range of products. I was looking for food/drink gifts for Christmas. The site was easy to navigate and there was a good choice

I'm very pleased with the products and will be gifting them this Christmas but I'm extremely disappointed in the customer service.
My initial order was cancelled due to two out of nine items being out of stock. I wasn't given the opportunity to say I still wanted the rest, I just got an email to say I had been refunded as items X and y were out of stock. I queried if it was just the items or the whole order - and they had indeed cancelled the whole order and told I could reorder. Which I couldn't until the refund processed and by which time the majority was now out of stock when I could've got it had they sent the partial order. I eventually re ordered and it has arrived but for a package with 6 loose glass jars plus two packs of three mini glass jars there was absolutely no packaging. Nothing. Just a sticker on the box saying 'glass & fragile'. How they made it intact I don't know especially as not only was there no packing material but they weren't even snuggly packed they were rolling around loose. I won't be trusting them with any further orders.

Quality goods

You cancelled the order due to no stock even though all items were in stock at the point of order.

It was very easy to order online and the packages arrived very well secured and on time.

i haven’t received what I ordered so it’s a bit much to ask for a review.

It was very easy to order. We had previously bought the product at an English Heritage site we visited, so we were happy to order.. The delivery person, when it arrived, was very nice, friendly and polite offering help me lift the boxes (x2) into the house.
All in all from order to delivery a good, positive experience.

Bought some Christmas cards, payment taken immediately, but over a week now and still no sign. I have contacted English Heritage but only received an automated reply. I will get my money back through my credit card eventually but abysmal service, don't bother.

Easy online purchase process. Prompt delivery with regular updates on delivery schedule. Arrived safe and on time.

Fast, efficient service. Would be happy to order again.

Easy to order. Product is great quality and as expected. Prompt delivery and good communication about progress of delivery

Good offer, great selection and easy to place order, but goods haven’t arrived yet so can’t comment on them

Very quick delivery - item arrived in good condition.
Nice to have a guidebook to somewhere I can no longer get to.

The best wines and meads I have ever tasted. I buy them all every time I’m having a party. 🥳 I will never buy a different brand. English heritage are the best.

Excellent service and very efficient.

I haven't received the item yet after a week
