Excellent Service

I sent a set for which I was quoted a price of £100
It was rejected because minor parts said to be missing. I elected to pay the £5 charge by cheque but was told it had to be paid by PayPal, which proved impossible. I now have neither my goods nor payment and am considering reporting this to Trading Standards.

Initially a deduction was made because the mini figure hands were the wrong colour.

Following further discussions this issue was successfully resolved, with We Buy Bricks making a change to their process for reviewing minor discrepancies in the future.

Payment was made quickly however I did have to wait for considerably longer than detailed on the website for them to process and check my order

Very easy to use website and posting process, efficient communication. Give the price quoted unless they can't for some reason (e.g. white bricks that have gone yellow over time). They also dispose of bricks which can't be used responsibly.

I was initially wary about doing this, as I had upwards of a hundred individual LEGO sets to go through.

Three days and one painful tingling thumb later, I was able to box up 70 sets, a combination of new and used, and have four large boxes collected by the Royal Mail at home and taken away.

It took nearly ten days altogether from when the LEGO arrived at its destination and for my offer to be accepted — the unchanged amount was paid into my bank account a few hours later!

Highly recommend WeBuyBricks if you simply wish to clear out your LEGO collection without having to (tediously) sell each set individually by yourself.

If you are looking to buy Lego then I would definitely recommend webuybricks. I bought 2 big boxes for my school with around 750 pieces in each box, and they were excellent value for money. Each box has a great selection of bricks, which encourages creativity and is also brilliant for the environment. I would definitely use them again!

Great idea but no thought given to making sure that Lego wheels (a) come with axles and (b) come in matching pairs. We had loads of bricks but none of the wheels (about 10 from memory) matched or had axles, so they were completely useless. When I complained the response was just that the selection is random, missing the point completely that wheels have to be usable.
