The gym is really well set up and everything is clean and you have everything you need. However, the pace is not slowed for less fit/newer members, and the induction was extremely rushed, spoken at the speed of light with no time for questions. Nonetheless, the classes are brilliant, as long as you take responsibility for slowing down/adapting to your own fitness level, as support doesn't come unless you specifically ask, so it's great, as long as you're not looking for a softer approach!

The gym equipment looks great but I joined for the classes and unfortunately there are not enough of them and getting booked on one is almost impossible.

I was so anxious about joining a gym about using the equipment, whether I would get on ok and what to do when I got there. The staff are all so friendly and knowledgeable and lovely people. All really helped me feel welcome and supported. I have a 6 week programme prepared especially for me by one of the PTs, Alfie which is included free. It's easy to remember and I feel it's great for what I need. Fantastic value membership. Very nice facilities and range of equipment and classes. Second week in and my friend has joined me too and is equally impressed. Highly recommend.

This has been the best introduction-to-membership experience I've had in 30 years of using fitness centres. Lovely gym with outstanding customer service and top quality equipment. You wouldn't more from your local gym. Top!

(An abs/crunch machine would be super, but no biggy if impossible. There's a recline bench..)

This is such a nice facility and the staff members make it exceptionally great place. Very friendly atmosphere for sure and I felt so welcomed in my first few days. The only comment I have is related to invite a friend scheme, I think you should consider providing a number of visits per month with no obligation to sign up similar to some other Gyms in the near by area such as ''The GYM''.

Love energies fitness. My only recommendation for improvement is to open gym visit bookings for more than 3 days at a time

The staff are friendly, the equipment is decent, and has great showers! It’s always very well sanitised, & clean! Definitely would recommend to friends & family.

Having been a new member for 3 weeks I am so pleased that I made the decision to join. I find the staff and also fellow members to be friendly and I much prefer a smaller gym to a larger one i.e. David Lloyd and other clubs. The equipment is just what I am used to and I enjoy working out in the gym in the hope that after lockdown I will get fitter.

Service is excellent and the gym is well run and well taken care of.
The range of equipment is very poor, hence the 3/5. For example there is only one of each handle for the cable machines. There are no yoga balls, no dip station, only a handful of barbells, no lower back machines or benchs set up for back extensions. A few additions would make for a much better experience.
