Excellent gym. Have been to so many in the past and have never found one where the trainers go out of their way to chat to you. Classes are brilliant and so much choice and nice sized classes. Siofra is the does the best classes. And Michaels spin classes are on another level. Highly recommend!

Best gym ever with the best people. You don’t ever have to worry about doing everything alone or being confused .

Great size gym with all desired equipment available. The fitness team are friendly and approachable, and are happy to assist you with any problem you have. It's never too busy, even during peak hours and they have secure covid safety restrictions in place. For the low monthly cost and positive, relaxed atmosphere, I recommend this gym for anyone looking to get back into fitness after the long covid break.

Joined the gym 3 weeks ago and really happy hows its going. The team are so friendly and professional. Great variety of classes and the Instructors really watch your form to ensure you are doing the exercises correctly. The initial induction is really helpful as they demonstrate how to use the equipment and you can also get a tailor made programme to suit your needs. Highly recommend Energie Fitness DL

I moved from another gym to énergie back in lockdown when outdoor classes were permitted to try out the classes and get a feel for the gym .. once I did the classes weekly I became obsessed with how the trainers push you and build your confidence levels up , the staff are super friendly , especially siofra Doyle she is the Pilates instructor and also does classes to her positivity and kindness really gets you through the tough classes !!! I really enjoy being a member here and love going to the gym everyday the sense of community and support is amazing! Keep it up guys your doing such an amazing job and I really appreciate you all !

I’m such a big fan of this gym. The team are great and the gym itself is bright, spacious and has all the equipment you’ll need. One of the best aspects is that you don’t feel pressured to get a PT or join classes if your confidant in a gym and happy to work out on your own but also if you choose to do either or both, the staff are so friendly and experienced. Also the gym members themselves are great - I don’t feel intimidated at all. It’s a great gym in the community.

I have just joined energie fitness in Dun Laoghaire.I am really impressed with how well it is being run,the staff have been really helpful and have gone out of there way to make sure you are getting all the advice you need regarding your fitness the Pilates and fitness classes are brilliant.!.

I am rarely ever waiting for benches, machines or equipment. Staff are extremely friendly. Highly recommended energie fitness
