in the morning of 9-12 hours there are no group classes like shape, zumba, there is only a yard about it being canceled every time. I bought a subscription to go in the morning, but there are no classes in the morning. I would also like a group class for the press, there is for the legs, cardio, and for the muscles of the press almost nothing.

Great gym with great staff
The gym at Energie Fitness Carlow is very good- the staff are extremely helpful and supportive. I was given a very good gym plan and daily guidance if I needed it.

Weekend Membership Review on how it is like
All the facilities are nice and all. I just wish i had picked a proper membership like a monthly one instead of a weekend one as there are certain machines still I want to learn how to use and a PT would be required for that but I don't have one. All in all, it is a decent gym.

The staff are great but
The staff are great, friendly and professional
However, showers have not worked for 3-4 weeks, no exercise bike easily accessible

I would like to see more variety of…
I would like to see more variety of exercise machines in the gym. for example, a hyperextension equipment and a leg raise machine.
Gym staff is very polite and friendly.

There hasnt been running water in your gym in Carlow for 2 weeks! very unhygienic and no apologies from staff or compensation on my membership

Join a new Gym after 7 years…
I joined Energy Fitness after seven years in my previous gym.
I was so apprehensive about starting a new gym but the Energy Fitness team were so welcoming.
They have a wide variety of classes, loads of equipment and a large gym area. Most importantly, the instructors are extremely nice, helpful and always with a positive atitude. I really love being a member of Energy Fitness 😉.
