If you want results from a gym...
I have never had such detailed, tailored support at a gym as I got at Energie. I really can't praise the quality of the staff enough. The improvement in the areas that I was specifically targeting is incredible and this is because I am confident about exactly how to precisely do every exercise.

Good training equipment and atmosphere
Been going here a long time and it's a great gym and one of the only places with a hammer strength row machine which is worth signing up just for that. Hopefully no more covid closures coming.

Absolutely love this place
Absolutely love this place. The staff are so friendly and helpful, unlike other places where the staff just sit back and pass the time. Rochelle has really helped me build my confidence in a gym and stay motivated. They staff have also been great in keeping things COVID safe. Couldn’t recommend more.

Such a friendly welcoming gym. I've been going for a year now and loving every workout. The staff are great at explaining exercises and any questions I have. Really can't reccomend enough

Brilliant gym for all levels of fitness
There are quite a few gyms in Canterbury and I've probably tried most of them, but energie is definitely the best - particularly since lockdown. The gym is spotlessly clean and the staff are incredibly conscientious. The manager is a level 4 qualified PT and has been amazing, giving me advice and exercises to help me get fit despite my disability. Thoroughly recommend x

An excellent Gym that I have used for 10 years!
I have been using this Gym for the last 10 years since moving to Canterbury in 2010. The last few years under the Manager Rochelle West and her team have made it excellent. There is enough space, free weights and olympic bars as well as the usual CV and machines to make it worthwhile for even elite athletes. The team are very friendly and knowledgeable and I fully recommend buying membership. There is a car park and one is next door to Waitrose. What more can you ask for!

Great gym
I love this gym, everyone is so helpful and friendly, especially as two years ago I was a gym novice, also at first completely lost, all these shiny machines, but it wasn’t long before I was made to feel completely at home. I am probably at my fittest since joining energie
Fitness with the patience and help of Rochelle my PT.

There are not a lot of equipment for people to use during busy hours. Despite of availability equipment, the place is friendly and everyone are so motivate and getting fit and healthy.
