Good value for money but does get too…
Good value for money but does get too busy in the evenings so do bear that in mind. Also, the weights section is crying out for a seated calf machine as there is nothing to train the soleus muscle on. Unfortunately the gym recently decided to spend good money on a thigh abductor machine which has been proven time and again by experts to be a completely useless exercise.

portable squat ramp
often too crowded meaning the toilet roll that is used to clean the machine has run out. also you don’t have a little ramp to be able to do calf raises with a full range of motion

If I can give zero stars I would. Over priced membership, old facilities, broken lockers. Staff are patronising and rude.

More space needed
Good atmosphere but some days it’s just too busy to get on any of the machines. Have not yet been able to get booked onto a class as there are a limited number of spaces and the classes get booked straight away.

Great space and equipment to work out
Great space and equipment to work out. However, could improve the locker room and showers so that they are more spacey and comfortable. And not play music so loud (can't hear my own music on my earphones).

Bright straightforward gym
Bright spacious straightforward gym. The atmosphere is comfortable for a female training on her own. Music is good and not too loud.

Affordable, nice staff, clean and tidy. Would be nice to have a few more machines and have it less busy after office hours!

Nice, clean and professional. I like it. Only difficult to get on a spinning class. The studio space is small so classes are small.

I'm generally very happy with the gym
I'm generally very happy with the gym. The equipment I adequate and the staff are very friendly and helpful. I think the locks on the lockers in the changing rooms could be better though and the lighting in the changing rooms could be a bit better too. Other than that, all good.

Classes in the Energie Fitness Gym
Your services are in general good and the instructors ( at least the ones I know) they very good. However I gave only three starts, because I hardly ever I am able to book the classes I like and only I know that I can go ten minutes before the class starts

Really enjoy my sessions at S Ealing…
Really enjoy my sessions at S Ealing the staff there are very friendly and the atmosphere is welcoming. Never too full, and my only quibble would be with the cleanling of the male toilet, and lockers which are tricky to close. Otherwise a very good gym to attend. I have a personal trainer who is excellent.

The staff are very friendly , professional and supportive .The facilities inside maintained at the best working order .. Shower rooms are clean all the time Dressing room and toilets need better hygiene solution. Special appreciation for providing us with free parking space

Gym is fine
Gym is fine, instructors are friendly. Car park space is normally ok although sometimes it is full and you risk getting a parking ticket.However the changing rooms and lockers are tiny, and it is difficult to find space to get changed after showering.

Equipment good but at busy periods…
Equipment good but at busy periods struggle to get on equipment! Sometimes handtowels run out to clean equipment with. Lockers taken up by people not using gym but leaving there stuff in there until they come back.
