Each bottle carries a GS1-verified barcode (for example, 5061107950006, which corresponds exactly to your order) along with a batch number and expiry date, ensuring complete transparency and traceability. You can confirm this barcode’s authenticity directly on the official GS1 website.

Your order wasn't shipped because the courier reported that the delivery address could not be validated. Unfortunately, no email address was provided at checkout, so we weren’t able to contact you directly to confirm or correct the address.

As soon as we received the notification from the courier, we ISSUED a full refund immediately, so you were not charged for an undelivered parcel.

Hoi Stefanie,

Jammer om te horen dat je ontevreden bent over je ervaring.

Volgens de gegevens van de bezorgdienst zijn er meerdere afleverpogingen gedaan. Daarna is het pakket een standaard periode beschikbaar geweest bij een afhaalpunt. Omdat het helaas niet op tijd is opgehaald, is het vervolgens door de vervoerder vernietigd, iets waar wij helaas geen invloed op hebben.

Conform ons beleid hebben wij aangeboden om het pakket kosteloos opnieuw te verzenden, maar dit aanbod werd afgewezen. Vervolgens is er een chargeback ingediend bij de betaalprovider, die de situatie volledig heeft beoordeeld en in ons voordeel heeft besloten — waarmee werd bevestigd dat wij de bestelling correct hebben verwerkt.

Als klein merk nemen we elke klantervaring serieus en streven we er altijd naar om eerlijk en transparant te handelen. Het spijt ons oprecht dat dit niet naar wens is verlopen, maar we hebben er alles aan gedaan om te helpen.

Bij Ellasie nemen we elke bestelling serieus en doen we er alles aan om elke klant eerlijk en met respect te behandelen. We begrijpen volledig dat het enorm frustrerend is als je zo lang moet wachten op een pakket.

Helaas is je bestelling (nummer 2409) inderdaad vertraagd geraakt en uiteindelijk kwijtgeraakt bij PostNL, iets wat volledig buiten onze controle ligt. Om nogmaals te bewijzen dat wij een betrouwbaar bedrijf zijn dat wel degelijk om klanten geeft, hebben wij jouw bestelling inmiddels volledig terugbetaald. Je bent je geld dus niet kwijt — wij hebben dit netjes voor je opgelost, zoals beloofd.

We vinden het ontzettend vervelend dat je deze negatieve ervaring hebt gehad met de bezorging. We willen jou — en iedereen die dit leest — laten weten dat we altijd blijven staan voor eerlijke communicatie, echte oplossingen en dat geen enkele klant ooit met lege handen achterblijft.
