First off- after I purchased the vehicle and sent the wire I still got multiple robo-emails asking me to send payment, and some of them threatened that I would lose my deposit. So I got nervous and called and the guy told me to disregard. This was disconcerting as I had never done business with them before. It took almost 2 months for the vehicle to be released, and now I still have not been sent a bill of sale or title documents three months later, which means I can't register or DRIVE the vehicle even to take it to get repairs.

Purchased a horse trailer, paid cash and recieved a bill of sale but the trailer disappeared. Was promised a replacement trailer and it never materialized. Asked for a refund and no response. They have had $68k of my money for 4 months. Would steer clear of this company.

This company is a scam.
I ordered my vehicle May 28th .
Customer service was excellent top notch (at the time).

Got the vehicle delivered with no tile.
Order it because it said runs and drives.
I got the vehicle not running not driving .

Coding was scrambled so I won't find out what's wrong with the vehicle when it arrived mechanic check it big transmission problem.
Had to decode. Vehicle shakes not going into drive or reverse.

When arrived had to go in neutral to come off tow truck.
Tried to reach the company for 4 days no one picks up unless I'm blocked.
But they are chatting with me through live chat or email.

They told me through email to wait 203 days to hear back from them to get sorted.

I'm highly disappointed I'm out of 3000.00 plus with all other expenses to purchase.

Highly not recommendable and disappointed I did cry.

Now I'm left without assurance nor assistance in this matter.

Its a SCAM! They are not an "auction". They go to auctions be it in person or remotely. They ALWAYS charge about 1073$ for any car they buy FOR you. Its a Fvcking scam! Run! Never give them your credit card or bank account.

I have bought one lot of costume jewellery ( lot 29 from the 25th March 2026 ) and there was a lot of items inside and from all items one item was missing I have added photo with a red circle on it .. when I asked why it was missing , the reply was just return the lot and we will refund you .. they are right as they will refund the money but not my wasted time nor comforting my frustration feelings whoever check these photos will understand why I put one star ….

This company has a history of purchase and refund problems that resemble scams. Watch out ! If you join their platform they ask for a deposit. If you "buy It Now" or bid and win you must pay by wire transfer directly to their bank. You may never get your vehicle with many excuses why. Your purchase price refund will be shorted by a certain percentage but they will not wire your money back to you. They send out post dated checks weeks after making complaints. They use legal Jargon in their operations that allow for legal theft of your deposit money refund. For further details of these tactics check all BBB complaints and reviews. Do not engage with this business until you have done a thorough review of this company and it's operations. I will not ever do or recommend business with this company.

Overall I had a positive experience with Elite. There was an initial hiccup with the shipping of my item but they were quick to deal with rectifying the situation. I reside in Australia so it is important for me to deal with a trustworthy auction house. I found them easy to get in touch with and they were responsive to my emails.
