Parents and kids beware!
I placed an order on behalf of my 10 yr old directly through RCK Sensory Group’s website on April 1, 2026, totaling approximately $90. As of June 1, 2026, I have not received my order. I contacted customer service multiple times. The first response I received asked for my order number, even though it was clearly included in both the subject line and body of my email. After providing the information again, I received no further responses despite additional follow-up emails. After waiting two months without receiving my items or meaningful communication, I filed a dispute with my credit card company. I understand that shipping delays can happen, but the lack of communication and customer service has been extremely disappointing. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend ordering directly from this company.
