The sizes were all wrong, the colours were not as ordered, and one part of my order was replaced with something different. When I phoned I was told I had not read the advert properly, even though I quoted back to him what was written on their website. The company was extremely unhelpful, refused to give me a code for their returns label and then put the phone down. Luckily I had only ordered samples prior to a bigger order - but I am still £35 down. Very poor quality and service and goods that look nothing like the advert. Avoid.

We ordered three table cloths; two are ok but one had been supplied with a sewed seam down the middle of the cloth; I was expecting a single piece of material ; hope you can send a replacement please

I wanted a specific design for the cloths I ordered, so emailed the customer service address. They got back to me very quickly and explained exactly how I could have the amendments I wanted at not extra cost.

It came at the right time and it was perfect the way I saw with long length.

Table cloths good quality

Recently purchased a table banner from this company. The print quality was good but I was disappointed by the finish of the stitching on the edges of the banner. The banner is also quite thin material for something that should hang over the edge the table. It is also much smaller than I thought it would be, based on the images shown on their website. It is ok but looks cheap and poorly made compared the banners on my fellow stall holders stalls.

Pretty good! I ordered some fabric and it came really quickly, but it’s definitely looking slightly different than it does in the photos. For £4.50 a metre though I won’t complain!
