The boiler part was original branded item, which is peace of mind that it will be fully compatible. The delivery was a very quick turn around and was kept up to date when to expect the item.

These guys went out of their way to ensure the ordered item arrived promptly after we changed the order, and the communication was excellent. The courier was also excellent given it was a large item, so great service all round thank you. RE

Thanks for the review Alan - we always welcome our customer's feedback.
We're obviously chuffed that you were pleased with us, and I'm sorry that the driver employed by the delivery company wasn't as efficient as WE were.
Probably using a Tom Tom from 1993!
It's a pity that your 4 star review knocked us down to 4.8 from our usual 4.9 rating...... As the driver's issues weren't directly caused by us, I don't suppose you could edit this back to a 5 star review, or is that too cheeky?

Excellent Product and Outstanding Service – Highly Recommended!
After searching extensively online for the “De'Longhi DEX216F Tasciugo AriaDry Multi Dehumidifier (16L, Blue)”, I finally found it available on the “Electrical Deals Direct” website. I’m very pleased I did!
The ordering process on their website was seamless – clear, intuitive, and user-friendly. I received an immediate email confirmation after placing my order, followed by timely updates on the dispatch and delivery process. Everything about the service was efficient and reassuring.
The dehumidifier itself arrived within the promised timeframe [it arrived the very next day!], extremely well packaged, intact, and in perfect condition. From the moment I switched it on, it’s performed exactly as described – in fact, it’s exceeded my expectations. It’s powerful, quiet [so quiet, I keep checking it to see if it’s actually working], easy to use, and has made a noticeable difference to the air quality and humidity levels in my home.
I would absolutely recommend both this “De'Longhi” dehumidifier and “Electrical Deals Direct” to anyone looking for quality products and reliable service. A smooth shopping experience from start to finish – I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase from them again!

Product good, but service could be improved
The product I bought was good quality and very well priced. However I wasn't provided with tracking information until after a delivery attempt had been made, meaning that even though I paid for express delivery, it took 4 working days for me to receive it. I've also received 10 marketing emails in the 2 weeks since which is an annoyance.

Hi Chris, and thanks for your feedback.
I can see that the item arrived with you on Tuesday 11th March, after an attempted delivery the day before. As you placed the order after our dispatch cut off time on the Thursday, the order would have been treated as a Friday order. That means the delivery was attempted one working day after your order, and ended up being a successful delivery 2 working days after the order.
However, I'm sorry the tracking information didn't arrive in your inbox - maybe it ended up in your spam folder, which I appreciate is a pain.
I hope all went well with the installation and that the cylinder is serving you well.
5 marketing emails a week sounds excessive, so I'm surprised about that - we'll get you removed from any communication lists we have.
Apologies again if this has annoyed you.
