This review will get amended I'm sure

This review will get amended I'm sure. I bought a controller, flex band set, and 4 zone prostate probe. 2 zones work, (perinium) and 2 zones (the ones that go inside) do not transmit energy. I sent an email to customer service using the email attached to my payment methods for this. a gmail account. I did include my order number. They have not responded in 3 days.

Excellent service, easy to order through web store, products are sent well packed in plain packing via tracked mail and system sends email updates on progress.

Great products but by the time you pay…

Great products but by the time you pay for the product & the cost is converted to pounds & postage it becomes expensive. Then there is the time that it takes to arrive, they should have a distribution centre in Australia.

Fast delivery, great product

Item arrived in plain packaging with next day delivery. Still learning how to use the various settings and find what suits me best but must say using the audio with free sound files from soundcloud is amazing
