Expensive but well worth every penny... Great product,! Highly recommend.

I purchased one of Hismith's more premium machines around 4 years ago. I should have left a good review a long time ago, but it's easy to forget when something 'just works' and you're really happy with it. You just take it for granted. I had an issue with my device just before Christmas, and reached out to their support. Sophie, one of their support agents was really incredible, she sorted out a resolution for me, which I thought was very reasonable, and was extremely polite and courteous throughout the email correspondence. Overall I'm very impressed with the machine and the support offered by the company, it's very reassuring that they stand by their products, even after several years have passed!
