Great product, service and prompt delivery

Unparalelled customer service! EiderdownNZ accepted our special orders: goose down pillows in original Hungarian sizes: two 70cmX90cm "large" and two 37cmX48cm "small" pillows, which customarily serve on top of the large pillows as flexible support for the head, the neck and the shoulder. The fill is excellent quality down and the feather portion in the pillows and quilts is equally soft. EiderdownNZ uses very small feathers, the stems never poke through the pillowcases. Replacing all our old beddings with EiderdownNZ Hungarian down quilts (×5) and custom made pillows (x5) is the best investment I have ever made for my family's health. The new pillows and quilts will last for many many years. When my son returns after spending weeks working away from home, he refuses to leave his bed for days cocooning himself tightly in his doona and pillows. "Ma, I missed my bed so much!" I had the most wonderful experience - I had several questions about the products and shipping internationally before the purchase and after the purchase and Lucas always took time to answer them in detail. I loved the products (alpaca duvets and alpaca pillows) so much that I even placed a second order and gifted some of the items as Christmas presents, which everyone loved! Love my low loft 90% Hungarian goose down pillow. Its soft and cloud like yet holds its shape.

Love the goose down blankets. They are beautiful and warm and are enough on their own on warmer nights. I was so impressed with the quality of the blankets that I’ve now ordered the goose down 4 seasons duvet.

"Lucas is so accommodating! We needed to swap our Super King Four Seasons duvet to a King size right before Christmas, and it was no bother at all. Lucas has a lovely, relaxing air about him that makes the whole process most enjoyable.
We absolutely love the duvet; the 50% down and 50% feather blend is perfect for these summer nights. I'm looking forward to adding the warmer weights as the temperatures cool. The new cotton sateen covering and the chenille piping is gorgeous, and the gusset allows for so much more loft!
I've also just ordered 500TC sheets. After accidentally ordering four extra pillowcases, Lucas handled the cancellation and refunding of my credit card in super fast time. Thank you for all your help, Lucas—you are a pleasure to work with!"

Goose down bedspreads are fantastic

Top quality product, very happy with my purchase

I am absolutely gutted I wasted so much money on a pillow which is now being stored in the cupboard. I like a soft but full pillow, under one of the staffs recommendations I got a 80/20 high loft. I was concerned it would be too firm but went along with it anyway. It is the complete opposite of what one would assume they were getting for the fullest pillow.
This pillow offers absolutely no support at all. The amount of stuffing in it is so little that I can scrunch the whole pillow into a tiny ball.
Terrible waste of money purchase.

We normally sleep with a couple of blankets on our bed during summer but much prefer the feeling of a duvet.
While hunting for a summer weight duvet, we found the Eiderdown 'Wool 150gsm Summer Weight Machine Washable Duvet' and managed to purchase it on a pretty good sale.
All I can say is what a fantastic purchased. Its light enough that we don't overhead (albeit we have a ducted cooling system running) but has enough weight to it that it's still comfortable & feels like you're wrapped up in a thicker duvet.
It also doesn't move around within the duvet cover which is great, and its NZ made.
Highly recommended, arrived quickly and really well packaged.
