bought 2 casts from you
bought 2 casts from you. Just did one and followed the directions and video identically to which what was directed and the mold didnt work and i even had our hands in the water for 5 minutes in 70 degrees. I bought one for my mom and one for my dad. Now that i have one failed i dont have one for my other parent. Please rectify this situation asap. Am very disappointed. 😢

It captures a special relationship.
My Dad is 97years old and has bad arthritis in his hands. I wasn’t sure he’d be able to grip my hand in cold goo for long enough but bless him he focused really hard and we did it!
I’m so pleased with the casting and now I have a lasting memory of our love.

We’re sorry you didn’t receive your order confirmation. Sometimes they do unfortunately end up in our customers’ spam folders!
We can see that you placed your order on Saturday 4th May and it was delivered by Parcelforce on Wednesday 8th May in the morning.
The studio is closed at the weekends and Bank Holidays, so the earliest we could despatch your order was Tuesday 7th. We hope that explains the length of time it took to reach you :)
Forever holding my hand
My beautiful mum has dementia, it is known as the long goodbye and it really is. When the handcasting kit came up on my Facebook page I immediately thought what a great way to always have her with me even when this awful disease finally steals her away. I didn't anticipate how emotional it would be when our cast was revealed. Thank you so much for this wonderful product. My mum and I will now forever hold each others hand.

The whole experience from start to finish was amazing.
The team at Edinburgh Casting Studio are absolutely First Class
It was a fun, messy thing to do, yet such a serious thing to do.
Our casting by no means was a perfect cast... After leaving it to dry out, it was covered in little balls and a bit of mould, and my ring didn't look like a ring ! but, it was sent off to the Studio for the skilled experts to craft their magic and they did not disappoint. It was beautiful. It was well worth the money to have this service.
The Edinburgh Casting Studio always replied promptly to emails and offered advice, they couldn't have been more helpful.

Absolutely great
Absolutely great, I have received 5 🌟 treatment from this company they’ve gone out there way to make sure I received outstanding communication throughout the whole process. I am very pleased with mine and hubby hand cast, even when it didn’t turn out quite as floorless as we’d hoped but the casting company fixed all the floors and we opted for them to paint it for us plus we ordered the dome to keep it safe, this is something that I wanted to do for our 30th wedding anniversary and as hubby and I are always holding hands this was a super fitting keepsake. Thank you so much.
