I'm a seasonaire returning to the alps this year, so I was very sure of what I wanted but just didn't have the technical knowledge. I rang up to ask a few questions and the lady I spoke to was absolutely fantastic taking me through all the bindings that would work with my chosen skis and suit my skiing style. Once I'd submitted my purchase I got an email explaining that there would be a delay in the skis arriving. The email was worded brilliantly and super applogetic so it wasnt a problem for me at all. And they set it all up for you ready to set off on the slopes! A wonderful shopping experience!
