Very efficient service received…
Very efficient service received annually at renewal. Documentation is clear and precise and staff are most helpful if we should have a query. The Company receives good a rating by 'Which?" consumer magazine. We feel well covered Policy wise, and have recommended Ecclesiastical to family members. and friends.

After a rocky start
After a rocky start - stating that loss of water from a burst supply pipe would be covered and then that it wouldn’t - they handled the claim well and made a significant contribution towards a total replaced rather than a repair

Sympathetic and extra helpful
Their agent was very sympathetic and helpful -even went the second mile, so to say, when I got my maths wrong and under-represented our loss financially. The reimbursement came through quickly and without fuss. The only thing that dragged was the need to compile a list of goods needing replacement for the purposes of pricing the loss.

Professional and pleasant staff.
Good staff, professional and helpful. Only reason I didnt give 5* was because I had to finance the work first and claim back from insurance but the payment process was quick.
