Really helpful
Had a great experience today. Having lost my husband recently I was having great difficulty accessing my EasySpace account, especially as I'm not very IT literate. Mark was extremely patient, kind, understanding and helpful, as was a colleague when I phoned back with another question. I'm so very grateful for their guidance for a dippy old lady!

Why use anyone else?
I've been with Easyspace for a good 20 odd years, not only is it a safe and secure place to host a website, the customer service is second to none. In the years I have used them, when I have rarely needed their help, it has been immediate, friendly, and very supportive. I recommend them to anyone, whether they are new to web hosting or an old hand at it.

I have received excellent support from Easyspace since the transition from Titan Internet and especially Hugh Strang who I spoken to today in length. Hugh went out of his way to help me sort the mix up I had with my Microsoft 365 licences and I am truly grateful for his professionalism and prompt advice. I have been a business customer for over 10 years and will remain for many more as I am so impressed with the support provided over the phone and remotely. Thanks to the whole team ;)

With Easyspace for years
I've been with Easyspace for years for hosting several domains and email servers: their service has been absolutely brilliant. On the rare occasions that there has been an issue, they have been very prompt at getting a resolution and in particular keeping me informed during the process.

I’ve used a myriad of IT hosting…
I’ve used a myriad of IT hosting service providers over the past 20+ years and Easyspace have the best customer service of them all. Some key reasons:
1) they’re located in Britain
2) English is their first language
3) Same timezone as me
4) Same cultural and business mindset makes communication very easy, efficient, effective.
5) understand the technical issues immediately, or else they refer to a more experienced colleague whilst you’re still chatting with them, so you’re not left frustrated feeling unhelped by the person whom you’re connected with.
6) Prices might be a bit higher than some other providers, but I happily pay it because of their great service. You get what you pay for. Go cheap and you’ll get inferior quality.

DifficultSpace: At last I'm free from this bunch
At last I'm free from this bunch with expiry of domain registration.
To add insult to injury, they then offer price reduction in attempt to retain my custom.
Following my post, EasySpace, or how I now think of them DifficultSpace, has added a lengthy reply repeating their lies.
In all my days of dealing with any customer support teams, I have never encountered such unhelpful or unfair practises.

We've got a new contender for worst domain registrar!
Absolutely awful company. Website and control panel is slow and clunky. Every update seems to take for ever, basic stuff like changing a nameserver which should be visible at the registry in minutes seems to take hours or days. Support is about as useful as a chocolate teapot and they have the audacity to charge you £15+VAT to leave! Imagine charging your customers to leave!
To be clear, the transfer out process is completely automated and doesn't cost them a penny, it's just a way to screw you some more. If anyone else is reading this and has a UK domain (.co.uk, .org.uk etc.) please note, you can search for Nominet Online Services, sign up using the email address your domain is registered to and use that to initiate a transfer. It's still got a charge (£12 as of time of writing) but you'll have the satisfaction of knowing you're not lining the pockets of Easyspace. They also can't stop you doing it this way either.
