One night in EasyHotel
I spent one night in Milton Keynes' EasyHotel recently. The price that I paid was relatively cheap comparing with other hotels' offers. Therefore, I didn't expect I got comprehensive service in the hotel. The staff there was friendly actually. Other than that, what I have got was at least a clean room with some clean towels and toilet papers etc. The downsides of cheaper price were quite many, such as the TV was somehow broken, saying that no signal on the screen and no other basic tools provided just like in other hotels.
I have stayed in easyhotel for a while…
I have stayed in easyhotel for a while now and the staff are very welcoming and helpful, the rooms are clean and tidy. I will defo be staying with them again.
No refund. No date change. £5 bay charge.
Booked online through trip.com for Easy Hotel Liverpool. unfortunately I booked the wrong date. Arrived at the hotel. Had to wait two hours on a park bench with my bags as they charge £5 per bag to store them. Then refused to amend the dates unless I paid an extra payment double what my original payment was.
I left and booked elsewhere. Refused to refund any of my payment.
Avoid at all costs.
What a disgusting organisation
What a disgusting organisation. I booked and paid for one night (£157) at Easyhotel Dublin. It has no parking but I was told to report to hotel for discount ticket at nearby car park.
1/ The car park was not in the same post code
2/ map I was provided with had no street names and when I returned and asked directions of the staff was told to drive up a tram-only street!
When I eventually located the car park via tortuous Dublin one way system I tried to check in. Think again.
The staff would not let me check in as I had no ID! I was in my own country travelling less than 100 miles ! I have never been asked for ID before. I demanded to speak to the manager but told she was ‘working’. What was she doing , moonlighting elsewhere? If she was working at the hotel her first duty should be to the customer - especially one who had spent time travelling to stay at their outlet and had paid through the nose for it and was being prevented from checking in.
Eventually, Gabrielle, turned up and proceeded to lecture me in reading terms and conditions of booking. Who reads that!? Especially when staying in your own country and they have already taken payment. The snide and patronising attitude of the staff was something to behold. And the room? I could reach across from one side to the other. There was barely room to bend down and tie your shoelaces. Avoid like the plague.
Staff are the best
The staff were lovely and super helpful. I arrived late and desperate after losing my phone and they went out of their way to help me - Adnan in the evening and Diana the following morning. Thank you very much for being so kind in my hour of need!
Basic ,clean accommodation with helpful staff
Basic, clean pod accommodation. Shower room , bed and two hooks and plugs. Air con worked fine on a very muggy evening so it was a relief to be inside. . Tv. Basic but very clean. Ideal for an overnight stay when other facilities that some hotels offer are not needed.
Very helpful member of staff on reception who quickly sourced a taxi when husband was unwell and we needed ER.
Plenty of shops locally to buy food in Earl's court area.
Andere gast in mijn kamer
Easy Hotel in South Kensington London
Just visited the Easy Hotel in London, booked with a window room but the window couldn't be opened! however, there was a bit of air conditioning, which cooled a very little bit in the small room the size of a large closet.
If you, like me, are over 190 cm, the bed is not long enough or wide enough for 2 people.
The toilet and bath are so small that you can only walk around yourself and then it stinks of cat urine when you bathe and the water smells like sewage water.
The service was not okay for the 6 days the stay lasted, 1 was nice and friendly on arrival, the rest seemed totally indifferent to their jobs.
It is really the worst hotel I have ever visited, unbearable both to sleep and to stay in this place. Nothing but a insanely stuffy small closet to stay in.
This is the first and last time I set foot here.
NO Thanks to this hell hotel 0/10
(Not) Easy Hotel
It is often the case that one should be weary of any business that makes efficiency/value statements a part of their name. Think "gourmet buffet," "Chicken Express," and you guessed it: "Easy Hotel." Our experience here couldn't have been harder. First, the rooms are more expensive than nearby hostels which have cheaper PRIVATE rooms and way more amenities. Second, the AC in 3 of the units we stayed in were essentially nonexistent and just tiny knobs on a wall with like 3 levels for hot or cold that to my knowledge didn't work. Third, the service offers the absolute bare minimum in towels (typically 1 per room), bed quality, and space design for an experience that's anywhere near reasonable enough to be labeled as a "hotel."
Receptionist (CeCe) was very friendly. Room was very clean
Celine was very helpful and friendly right from the point we arrived.
She welcomed us with a friendly attitude and just has a very positive aura that helped especially with the fact that this was our first stay here.
The room was nice and clean although quite small but this was not an issue at all as it works perfectly for the purpose we came to Milton Keynes for.
Would definitely recommend a double room with a widow here
If I could rate it 0 stars- I would
If I could rate it 0 stars- I would!
Stayed in EASYHotel Bristol just the other night, only for 1 night- and thank god it was only 1 night. The room was so small me and my partner had to squeeze around each other just to get into bed. There was no bedside table, amenities like a hair drier were completely absent, and there was no space at all to put anything, save for a little corner of the room with two hangers on the wall?!
There was 1 towel in the room. Now, I appreciate that we’re in a double room and sharing a bed, but to not even provide us with a towel each? Not to mention the bathroom was not even a separate room with a door- it had a glass divider! So no privacy at all.
Our bed was hard, and I’ll be honest in saying I woke up the next morning with a terrible back ache and shoulder pain. We were each given only 1 pillow which was extremely thin. I did go downstairs and ask for another pillow but was told that as they were fully booked (which I don’t believe anyway as I saw a few empty rooms as we moved our suitcases in) that they could not provide me with any more pillows. Supposedly they have not a single spare pillow in the entire hotel?! The reason we even needed the pillows in the first place was because our mattress kept sliding from the wall and leaving a gap behind our backs. This wasn’t even due to us moving either, we were sat watching TV and the bed would simply slip out from under you.
If it hadn’t been so late in the day when we arrived, I would have undoubtedly walked away, because not only was this the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in, but the service didn’t even come close to bridging the gap. Not to even mention the thin walls and floors will have other guests keeping you up all night.
Avoid if you can. Price isn’t even worth it- you can find nicer hotels for very similar prices.
Easyhotel Aubervilliers
Easyhotel Aubervilliers, Paris was great. Really clean with a metro stop right across the road, and 20 min taxi drive from the airport. Staff were really friendly and helpful, especially Lamin who went out of his way to help us book cheaper transport to the airport for the trip home. Great stay, would recommend!
My son stayed after a bad night out
My son stayed after a bad night out. The staff offered him help and kept him safe in spite of all the inconvenience. This is more than just good service. I will always remember and appreciate your patience and kind hearts. Thank you!
Ridiculous experience
Easyhotel Milton Keynes
One of the worst hotel I have been to.
1- The Room: it’s smaller than my house bathroom.
2- Pathetic room service, during my 4 nights stay not even once the room service came to clear up or just to change the sheets even after asking.
3- zero amenities: No hair dryer, No iron, no kettle and not even a table or a chair.
4- Nothing to put you clothes in, not even a Wardrobe just two hangers clamped on the wall.
Absolutely ridiculous choice staying at your hotel.
If I hadn’t been there for work, the moment I walked into the room I would have checked out straight away.
They're not correct
i paid for the room with window but you gave me the room without window. I request a refund of the difference.
Complaint ignored
Submitted a complaint on 6th April regarding multiple issues with our stay (silverfish in bathroom, excessive guest noise and staff’s lack of handling the disturbance) and have yet to receive acknowledgment or response.
Impossible to cancel a flexible booking
They charge extra for a flexible booking that you can, in theory, cancel free of charge, but then offer no mechanism for cancelling other telephoning a permanently engaged phone number.
Absolutely terrible experience
Absolutely terrible experience.
Stayed in Easy hotel in dublin.
Room so small it barely fits 2 people.
Window would not open.
Not even a glass in the bathroom
No where to put clothes
Not cheap either!
Never stay here sgain
Do NOT stay here
If there was a minus 5 I’d tick that.
What a dump. Sultry staff. Plastic wrap on the stairs
Death trap for anyone in slippery shoes or Crocs
Rooms very small. Frayed and ripped towels in the room. We had two cases and were given small room on 3rd floor. No lift. Last night I knocked on EVERY door on the first floor. All empty. I think staff actively chose to put us in on the 3rd floor as they saw he had large cases.
Do not stay here. There are better hotels for less money in London
A very cheap and nasty experience. Ruined my impression of Dublin
A very cheap and nasty experience. Never again. I felt like an insect caught in the grease of the machine of Mammon. Even the entrance to the hotel was uninviting - with an unpredictable electronic door mechanism that opened out on to me. There was a long wait at checkin for my room, while the concierges spoke Spanish among themselves (they should be aware that guests might also speak Spanish) and clicked on their computers in their attempts to find my room. I didn't understand the lift mechanism and got an unenthusiastic response when I asked for help (by now there was a mounting Queue for checkin at the desk). My room wasn't ready when I arrived, I met the cleaner mopping at the door (the cleaner was nice). The lighting in the room was not at all conducive to someone who prefers to read rather than watch tv. There was nowhere to put my clothes, or a desk to put my laptop, no kettle to make myself a cup of my own herbal tea. I felt like I was in a toxic plastic box. There was a greasy handprint on the wall above the bed (horrific) The duvet was plastic and nasty. There was a noise all night like an aeroplane on endless take off - most unrestful. I had little confidence in the ability of the seemingly inexperienced staff to offer me any real hospitality, I suspect they are underpaid and obviously overwhelmed.
